Poor Harry. As if his week hasn’t been bad enough he has now had to watch his brother appearing on the best talk show , holding his own, looking comfortable and relaxed, keeping up with the banter, making half decent jokes, telling stories against himself with humour.

Makes Harry’s attempt at tv chatting seem even more uncomfortable.

I have a slightly bonkers theory: the guy looks like a younger Prince Harry, and perhaps William’s subconscious is desperately trying to tell him something! Maybe choosing a Harry lookalike as an Earthshot ambassador is his psyche’s rather sneaky way of trying to reunite the brothers. Forget family therapy just put a Harry double on the sofa and see what happens! 😂

Any sale of Duchy property over £500k has to be run past the Treasury which totally undermines the 'private estate' claims the royals like to make.

Incidentally W is hoping to raise £500m over ten years with these sales.

At an average £50m a year that's going to place a pretty heavy burden on the Treasury officials overseeing and by extension cost the taxpayer a hefty wedge.

He is in a bit of a no win situation here then isn’t he?
People moan because the RF sits on all this land that could be used for local housing and yet when PW decides to put some land up for sale to reinvest in the area, it’s awful for farmers and a tax burden on treasury officials (I find that particular reason a bit of a stretch, however, it might lead to the creation of a few more Treasury job openings for NEETS 👍🏻)
