He really is a loathsome human being isn't he ? I lost a dear friend to cancer a few years ago. Stress is a huge factor. How can H do this to his own father?

What is this about? Meg is seeking forgiveness from RF or is she looking for an apology?

He seriously thinks the hapless Charles and Camilla want to subject themselves to her spread and flower sprinkles? Not to mention Charles has his own beehives.

Because he is utterly self-centred, like the most entitled of teenagers, despite now being a middle aged man. His wife encourages this, being a monstrously self-centred narcissist herself. He's not seeing 'normal' behaviours modelled around him, so has drifted away from basic human decency. He absolutely should have married someone like the Queen Mother. I don't mean with crazy-paving teeth (he's got those already) and a Dubonnet habit, I mean someone who would say to him, 'Look, darling, I know you don't feel like going to Loughborough to open a leisure centre, but come on. Hop out of bed. We will eat Rolos and have a little laugh in the car on the way, then we will do the job, have a lovely lunch and be home and in the bath with gin slings by 5pm. Chin up!'

Instead he married Meghan. Yikes.

This has to be taking the piss big time - surely this conversation didn’t happen and they thought it appropriate to brief to the global media.

They feed off each other unfortunately. Issue is, H wanted the "hot girl" 🙄 he's stuck in teenage boy mode. He was never going to marry a suitable RF wife

Absolutely, and it was good plan wasn’t it? No sirens, flashing lights or outriders required.

This is a good point. Both H and C married women who were and continued to be sexually available. (H, third date, C, on demand throughout his unhappy marriage). In both cases I think that was the attraction, not a deterrent.

Of topic, but the embroidery was actually by vulnerable groups such as prisoners. QC is to be much applauded for giving the projects her attention. It isn't high glamour, but is arguably more important to many people.

I'm confused too - if it's Charles then it's pretty normal for couples to be sexually available to each other, even in less than happy marriages.
Diana's behaviour outside her marriage was not great, but you can't really paint her in a bad light for having sex with her husband.
(Charles' behaviour was also bad, before I get jumped on!)

I wouldn't compare Camilla and Meg. Apologies if that's not the intention here. I could be wrong but I believe Camilla genuinely loves C and would be quite content with him if he wasn't King. Not the same for Meg. She'll spit H out when all possible options are bust

I listen to a few podcasts on the subject, I love Kinsey's podcast, harsh as some of the stuff said is, I cannot help but find it all so fascinating.

I had heard in one of the podcasts that all photos of Meghan had been removed at Highgrove after the UK visit - and that linked article explains why. They went to Althorp and were very probably asked not to share photos (I know Charles Spencer said at Diana's funeral that he would provide her peace in death that she did not have in life). It does seem like a little act of rebellion.

It sounds as though Harry is feeling very torn and the scales are beginning to fall from his eyes. Ultimately, I think Harry loves his family very much and must be feeling very frustrated, and possibly regretful?

I still think, as I have done from around the time they left the UK, that if the sexes were reversed, people would be saying 'coercive control'. Meghan comes over as very warm and likeable in the media but there are so, so many rumours; can there be that much smoke without fire? The 'Sussex Survivor Squad' etc.?

I can't help but feel sorry for Harry. I think he fell in so much in love. His brother's advise to slow down a bit was spot on.

I know people talk about M dumping H but I simply don’t see it . She is a middle aged mother of 2 with a huge amount of baggage and a reputation for lying and bullying . Where does she go next ? Any divorce settlement would have stringent conditions and if she has any hope of keeping her title would need to toe the line .
In my opinion it is more likely that H is slowly realising that he has lost his family , friends, reputation and possibly most of his fortune .

The Godmother’s book store has downgraded their display of Meghan’s stuff.
I’ve forgotten all the back story about the owners being besties with H&M - something to do with why they chose the name Godmother wasn’t it? Plus giving M a mike to make her speech at the opening (which was rudely interrupted by Oprah 😉)

Anyway they may be best mates but that still won’t make their posh clientele stock up on runny spread and sprinkles. 😂

Meg is like a cockroach. She'll survive. Her children will always be Prince and princess. And I can't see KC stripping them of titles so she will have that. She won't toe the line. She'll make a lot of money by throwing her ex hubby under the bus

Just read that Closer magazine article. Surely this can't be from a reliable source? she's basically saying she's pissed because she couldn't post anything about her visit ???

I wouldn't want to diminish any good causes with my flippant comment.

Some of the less well known causes that QC gives attention to are really very deserving.

Not sure H and M would recognise that though, and for them to be given a short slot between duties which would never hit the headlines would I imagine be a bit of a sting and put them firmly in their place.

Maybe the friendship has cooled? If we are to believe X Meg and Victoria Jackson ( who used to lend her a house and private jet ) are no longer close .

Yes and she feels it’s really unfair because the royals are always posting things on their social media. So basically the same old whining about she’s treated differently. Except the royals don’t put private visits on their social media. The only picture I can ever recall seeing of a private visit was the late Queen and her sleepover with the dgcs and dggcs, which was adorable. M will never toe the line, which is why they will never be welcomed back.

And she's jeopardising any chance of some form of relationship for H with his immediate family. She really is venomous
