So why was Catherine’s MD photo “ killed” and these obviously emm tweaked photos aren’t?

Because everyone thinks MM is nutty as a fruitcake so doesn't take her seriously.

I think it was to create more drama in the "wheres catherine" narrative that was being thrown around meghan is (as ever) been seen out and about catherine wasn't she then had to release a video which people still claimed was AI then she was seen publicly but "people" screamed it was a body double it was advantageous to the press to cause controversy it persists to this day with people still abusing catherine she did the three peaks challenge "people" claim a body double did it her bodyguard carried her they closed the mountain they helicoptered her to the top and carried her down its been low grade fucking insanity about the poor woman for years

People a) don't want to be accused of being racist, or part of the evil mass media conspiracy against them, or both

and b) think 'pretty obvious this isn't all as it seems, everyone will realise that, no need to say it and invite a backlash'

People were tip toeing around the Sussexes back then and there was a concerted media campaign - the whole "where's Kate" thing - that was whipped up by the Sussex Squad and conspiracy theorists online that also included some ridiculous and lurid accusations against the Wales' family. The Mothers' Day photo was targeted as part of that and the press lost their minds and caved to social media.

As a result Catherine no longer publishes her photos.

The explanation given at the time was that the Mother’s Day photo was submitted as a news item and as such failed stringent rules re doctoring of images in news stories.

It will be her hair. I used to live in "foreign climes" and the children would regularly turn up with shopping bags on their heads if it was raining - if they left the house at all. The same if they ever ventured near the sea.

I feel so sorry for William having to see the pair of them using a trip to his dead mother’s grave for Instagram likes and media attention, the inference that the children are off to visit the grave is just gross.

It's a bit sick isn't it ? It's the VERY stuff that he and she talk about.

It's clear they are not seeking a reconciliation with William. Once he is king they will find themselves out in the cold forever.

Humiliation is such a peculiar response to the chaos around the ANL judgement, the accommodation problem, the security. Frustration (are we going or are we not, what do we tell the children), embarrassment (couldn’t organize a piss up in a brewery), boredom (ffs here again), anger (why can’t anything go right just once) - sure. Any of these.

Humiliation suggests that she feels lowered in standing by the chaos. What standing does she think she had? Couple this with one outlet (forget which) which quoted another “source” as saying she felt like a burden rather than a member of the family around the Highgrove trip - it makes you question how she sees herself vis a vis her in laws and in the British public’s eyes.

They are really pushing the Diana angle at the moment so I guess they are intending to make the documentary - although I find is the cosplaying Diana is really in bad taste.

We have have the feet up in the back of a car whilst driving through Paris reel and now photos of a visit on the way to Diana’s grave, I’m finding all a bit sick, so god knows how William must feel, this awful woman and his treacherous brother using his mother like that.

Standing on a beach in a black bathing suit doesn't make you Diana. I've done it. & I at the time rushed into the waves ( before my Mummy swimming era 😂) I wish Sussex friendly publications wouldn't push this M is Diana 0.2 thing. I think even the Spencer family when H asked them if they didn't think M was like D said "no". Just because you aren't Diana doesn't make you a bad person. Just because you are H's wife doesn't make you Diana .
