If facts matter then:

  1. prove she paid for the nomination because what the other poster wrote is right, you only pay a fee to submit for a nomination but that doesn't guarantee you are nominated. It is determined by a number of people.

  2. Explain how she will have cheated? That a wild accusation to be making.

  3. provise the proof thay of the millions of people who did watch it were doing so to take the piss, love to see those survey results or whatever data you have to back that up

  4. where is the proof Meghan submitted for a nomiantion? Netflix has a team that submits many of their shows for nominations.

As that other poster said this nomination speaks to the work of the production team too so you're now also dismissive of their hard work too. What did those people ever do to you?

Just this one more time!
why are you yet again quoting me? , have I not told you repeatedly, not to!
I do not want to converse with you, I have no interest in your opinions, I have no idea why you are clamouring for my attention!
I’m flattered but very much not interested!

late to the party - apologies. But just wondering if it is true that MM is monetising her outfits on that platform - cant remember the name sorry.

apparently, the platform post an image of the look with where to buy all and then the brands give back about 20% to the platform which is share between the celeb and the platform.
apparently they posted a picture of MM with terminally ill children from her australian - photo has now be taken down. and i read she is doing again with the invictus events.

i mean seriously???? If thats true to me they ve gone so low there is no way up. The money goes to her not to the charity and apparently “all celebrities do that” - oh if everyone do it. It s ok then!!

really really crass if thats true. She has 0 class, her title doesnt buy you manners, education, empathy.

i hope it isnt true.

It will be drip, drip, drip for weeks to come.

LipglossAndLies · 15/07/2026 08:30

Apparently facts only matter when it suits someone's narrative 🤷

jeffgoldblum · 15/07/2026 08:32

repeating the talking points of another poster ! Odd! 🤷‍♀️

We don't know the divorce's impact on M but we do know that H's parents' divorce seems to have contributed to his 'traumatic' childhood.

I'm sure M's parents divorce had a big impact. She hardly saw her mother once she left .

FallenNight · 15/07/2026 08:50

I'm read the last 5 pages but cannot focus on H&M...I've been side tracked by butterfly pea gin and tea. I SOOOO want some of that!

What did EJ do to George Michael?

George Michael publicly dropped ej because he was such a gossip. He frequently leaked stories about George to the newspapers....ironic isn't it considering how EJ professes to hate the press!

Thedom · 15/07/2026 08:54

Interesting how they had to get in that it was kept secret from William and Catherine, the minimising of the future King and Queen is another example of their maliciousness towards William and Catherine.

Everyone and their mother knew a meeting with the King was happening (although the Queen being included was a bit of a surprise).

I didn’t know that. That’s awful. GM was such a kind person.

Yes, the ongoing narrative of a split between monarch and heir is clearly spin from the Sussex camp: there is no evidence of such a thing, and there is only one beneficiary (other than those who benefit from the outrage engagement).

And quite private except for the naughtiness. His private charity donations are stuff of legend, most only becoming public after he died. The one that most sticks with me is he donated a computer to every school in the country, he wanted every child to have access for learning. People who really want to do good do it quietly, a lesson h and EJ could learn. George donated his own money he didn't scrounge off others to make himself look charitable.

I don't want to derail @DaisyDooley's lovely thread about jewels so I'll put it here instead. Do we think it's possible that the "What Meghan wants, Meghan gets" tiara was the Cambridge Lover's Knot? Because a) Diana wore it b) It was marked for the Duchess of Cambridge and c) Whatever.

This is complete speculation and I haven't looked to see if anyone confirmed at the time but it's possible isn't it?

Right, off to my boring work day but will be back later!

MyGreyLurker · 15/07/2026 09:09

Apparently the meeting at Highgrove lasted approximately one hour. So Harry, Meghan and the children flew all that way, approximately 5,000 miles, for 60 minutes time with the King who hardly knows his grandchildren but supposedly was desperate to meet them.
Barely time for a bottle of pop and a slice of Colin the Caterpillar cake for the kids, let alone any meaningful time with them. Hmm....I smell a rat. Are we being had?

3peassuit · 15/07/2026 09:15

If Camilla was there she must have shown remarkable restraint considering the nasty things harry wrote about her. I don’t think I would have managed an hour with Harry if I were in her shoes.

What do you mean “being had”?

Thedom · 15/07/2026 09:20

Camilla being there must have really bugged Harry & Meghan, it removes any idea this was an intimate and loving meeting.

Charles needs to keep his nose clean with regards to William and Catherine though, they are the two most beloved members of the RF and any idea that Charles is being inconsiderate of them will backfire enormously on him.

bluegreygreen · 15/07/2026 09:22

@MyGreyLurker Harry has been in the UK for a week for charity events; the family have been in Europe (reported to be in Portugal) on holiday.

bluegreygreen · 15/07/2026 09:25

I thought the BP announcement also helped with both aspects of that, @Thedom - the King 'hosted' - not 'welcomed'.

I find it strange that she didn't know until the last minute . I wonder if H and M were messing Charles around until the 11th hour again.

bluegreygreen · 15/07/2026 09:43

I think it's very unlikely she didn't know until the last minute.

HoldMyWine · 15/07/2026 09:49

It’s more likely that she didn’t tell anyone about it.

Foolishly they thought a name change would throw you off the scent Jeff. They underestimate your powers of deduction! Mine’s coming soon, but will have to wait till the next thread. I feel like a change but I’ll make myself known so as not to confuse.

I suspect it was the other way round - KC3 kept them all dangling - with loads of conditions but H&M had to cover this up with the security nonsense.

Also KC3 announcing the visit tells me RF are very much in control of this.

I doubt there is anything negative between KC3 and W&C - they are 3 generations holding the monarchy together despite the mad spares. They know the assignment.

I can’t open the archived link below - if someone can tell me where it’s from I will try to access directly.
