Nobody seems to know for sure. Why should we care. Maybe he doesn't even know himself yet. He can't seem to do anything without attracting lots of press articles.

The palace PRs have missed a trick. They should have said to Harry on Thursday that he couldn't stay at BP because of the Daily Mail court case announcement and KCIII bring head of state. That way, they would have avoided the accusation that Charles is petty and cruel.

As was pointed out elsewhere, the palace are
probably tired of game playing. As you yourself said, “you were given a deadline and you missed it” is a strong message that they are fed up with Harry dicking around. They are not interested in optics in this case. What Harry wanted was no longer possible because people are not available without sufficient notice. End of

That's it. Why would the Palace resort to "tricks"? That's the domain of H&M. Deception and duplicity.
The arrangements were clear and not that complicated, even for Harry. If he was confused or didn't know what day it was, he could have asked someone to help.

Best way to deal with these mendacious and vexatious characters is emotional indifference - never get lured into their games (they will always win as they are much more skilled and well practiced at being cznts than the rest of us) - always play a straight bat, minimal and factual discourse - don’t get in their orbit or get in their way of them making a total arse of themselves. Silence and is suffocating and no emotion for them to fuel up on is the way to go.

Someone, on the ANL thread, talked about the most frequent attendee in the courtroom was a rep from the insurance company. If anyone contravened the requirements of the insurance policy, you can bet they will not pay out and will push liability back onto the claimants. Insurance companies don't pay out unless they are absolutely, backs to the wall, required to. Someone on this thread knows a great deal more about this stuff than me, would love their take on it.

From what we think we know about the life of Archie and Lili, their life is troubling. Harry does drugs, is paranoid, and majorly litigious. Meghan is in charge. They don't participate in the life of the neighbourhood. They have four nannies.

Where's the conflict of interest for KC? The case was against ANL, nothing to do with KC. The conflict of interest in previous case was because it was against offices connected with the state (RAVEC etc.)

I think they behaved perfectly. Made an offer and gave a deadline. Deadline expired. End of.

It's not a conflict of interest so much as the seat of monarchy sheltering Harry when the judge of a court of the monarch's realm announces his judgement.

However, knowing Harry, had he won, even on a few of the points, he would not have been able to resist the opportunity to record a video grandstanding about the eeevil Bridish media and how he has scored a great victory against 'the establishment'. Having that come from within the walls of Buckingham Palace would be somewhat awkward.

I agree totally. It would have been a disaster for KC if that had happened.
