Nobody seems to know for sure. Why should we care. Maybe he doesn't even know himself yet. He can't seem to do anything without attracting lots of press articles.

(I can’t see any gain - even the meeting with C+C didn’t produce any money making opportunities - not sure it will help shift Meghan’s jam surplus for example.)
What will their next move be?

There will be lots of stuff bigging up Harry's trip in September, talking about family reunions blah blah blah. I think this is the direction they are moving in now. Everything else has failed dismally.

Same old same old. They big up everything they do and it is always slightly mistimed, detailed or falls slightly flat. That's to be expected whilst they don't listen to competent PR advice. I don't think much went badly this trip, except the court case, but I don't think it changed the status quo either.

I read the Times article. Although the headlines make it sound like Roya Nikkah had some inside info, there was nothing there. A royal adjacent source speculating on what it MIGHT have been like. That's it. So actually other than the terse announcement from BP they haven't leaked anything.
Would be good to see what the Sussex team does next.

What we can say is this:

• if there is another trip as planned in September and they start the will they wont they, and what about security etc etc, the last vestiges of sympathy will vanish
• if there are any interviews in between complaining about the UK and how badly he was treated this time there will be a collective eye roll
• the court case has taken an interesting turn with the revelations about how Doreen Lawrence was badly duped. Which now makes her 'this was a whitewash' statement with Harry even more peculiar. No fan of the rag that is the DM but it now looks like people were trying to make a quick buck and exploit Doreen
• Meghan may have some cache in the US, she has much less cache here. She was invisible throughout this trip and it didn't harm the Invictus cause and had they not released multiple itineraries I suspect this could have been a solo Harry trip and it would have been fine.

Good points, @PotolKimchi. No-one has missed Meghan at all. They don't need presidential security. They're not integral to the RF. KC can decide when and where they meet, and owns the copyright of any pictures.
What's left for them?

She may not be 'integral' to the institution, but some people are missing her especially on this forum because if she was actually irrelevant, her silence would be met with silence. Yet there are lots of comments on this board and a thread asking 'where is she', why is she silent and therefore missing having material to pick apart, I suppose Harry is provding enough for now.

No-one on here is asking "where is she?"
