For a couple so ( allegedly) paranoid about security, why are they revealing their itinerary?
And why oh why are they undertaking Royal style visits ??

Yikes. This is Meghan's attempt to emulate Kate doing sporty things. Prepare for javelin throwing with the same level of fluency as her vegetable chopping. Plus Harry will probably wrestle someone to the ground handsily in one of these events. Wot larks!

Very disappointed that Charles has rubber stamped this, fine to meet Charles in private but for them to be granted official royal status to meet the Chelsea Pensioners is frankly disgusting. The rumours were true that KC is intending to get them back, Charles you utter fool.

Hopefully Camilla can talk some sense into KC . Harry has been deeply unpleasant about QC .
I know that I would be annoyed if my DH rolled out the red carpet for someone who had been rude about me!

I wonder if “Royal” accommodation means state owned, eg Buckingham Palace or St James Palace whilst “Private” could mean a private Royal residence such as Sandringham or even Clarence House or it could mean private non/ royal eg with friends (perhaps he’s tracked down that mate on the Kings road or wherever he was when he was ringing random doorbells?) or family such as Charles Spencer ?

I’ve had a horrible thought - since I live not a million miles from Tetbury and Highgrove - Could they be staying there? If I see them in Tetbury I shall be booing loudly! That will out me if you see a mad woman ranting on the news! 🤣

Charles actually has loads of less well known houses, mostly bought and owned by the Duchy - there’s a place in Herefordshire where he went to meditate after HMTLQ’s funeral. Not sure if it’s the same place but there’s one that can be rented publicly as a holiday home. Plus there’s some estate in Herefordshire that he bought, I think at one time it was mooted as a possible home for Harry but he wasn’t interested and I think it is now an eco-farm, I’ll have to check. There’s definitely a place in the Scillies, which I assume is where the Wales’ holiday so I doubt they will be making that available. (If I was William I’d ban them from any Duchy owned property except perhaps Dartmoor prison). Highgrove has lots of cottages on the estate so they could stay there without being given the run of the house.

Have they done a GoFundMe for security?

I have already written to WellChild to suggest that they need a new patron. I shall now write to Birmingham Children’s Hospital to express my disgust that they are hosting these two and point out the disgraceful events of their visit to the Children’s hospital in Melbourne (vulnerable children exposed to infection, privacy invasion and Meghan merching the clothes she wore) and demand that whatever they do is kept absolutely private to protect the confidentiality of the children and families and to avoid being used as a vehicle for the private benefit of their visitors via clothing sales. 😡

Not general public events where booing can happen - just closed private ticketed events for invited members of the public - all controlled behind closed doors - NEC /IG, WellChild, Scotties Little Soldiers - I suspect MM will do a ‘surprise’ charity trip.

This is exactly the ‘British’ photo op they were scouting to secure - all the uniforms, history, tradition, ceremonial etc I would expect many of her followers wouldn’t be able to determine it isnt ‘royal’ as such. I wouldn’t be surprised if she tried to crash the lovely Bath / Emma Thynn or some other ‘foodie’ thing?

They're 5 and 7. Why on earth would they be attending 'public engagements'? Would they have to stand with their backs to the public the whole time? Or wear masks?

Details of Harry and Meghan's itinerary have now been shared, with a mixture of public and private events and several gaps in the schedule which could allow for a reunion with the monarch if his diary allows.

We know this 'itinerary' came from the Sussexes themselves, and they wanted this bit inserted. It's so inappropriate. If I were Charles I'd be really tempted to have a chock full diary that week. Yes, I know it's his son and grandchildren, but they're basically advertising the possibility of a meeting and using it for self promotion. It's incredibly tacky.
