H&M have boxed themselves into a corner. With the increased scrutiny of royal finances, there will be an outcry if they monetise any appearances with senior royals. I can't see how they can separate any royal patronages or 'official' roles from their commercial enterprises. The tactic of delaying any links with clothes or other merchandise by a day or so just won't wash. They have squandered so many opportunities and now it looks as if this will bite them on the bum.
