So Meghan's latest thing is a collaboration with Clevr coffee (isn't she already involved with them?) for a summer "Matcha strawberry latte" which involves layering the almost out of date strawberry spread, with Clevr matcha latte - not to forget flower sprinkles!

Still photos of food sounds kind of easy, but it's actually something photographers train and specialise in. That photo looks like it was taken with a phone. It's jumbled, there's no real focus and what is that spoon lying across an otherwise empty lower corner? Even my untrained eye can see all this!

I thought it was coffee rather than tea. Not that that is any better of course. [vom]

It reminds me of the Father Ted episode where Mrs Doyle is trying to get rid of huge quantities of milk and the Fathers end up drinking very, very milky tea ... She'll put that jam anywhere and everywhere!

I'm a black coffee girl so I have no idea if this is something that the kids drink, the latest trend as it were, or just a way of using up stock. Anyone know?

It looks very unappetising to me texture wise, let along taste wise but I'm willing to be convinced that it's trendy and I'm just old fashioned.

@MrsLeonFarrell - all of my grandchildren above the age of 12 drink matcha tea. Some of them drink the tea as it comes whereas others drink concoctions. The genuinely seem to like. On the other hand I tried it once and couldn’t get past the fact it looks like something a cow spat out.

As i mentioned up thread, that looks like a heart attack inducing quality of matcha. I assume she’s not using the good stuff but something padded out to be using that much. And yes, drinking half a jar of jam is one way of getting rid of it quickly.

She’s fucking bonkers. Nobody with tastebuds wants to drink that disgusting concoction. I enjoy matcha lattes, and this is simply not something anyone outside a MM fever dream would enjoy.

The matcha mix is Kermit coloured (and looks radioactive!)

I don’t understand matcha. Is it nice? I assume it’s very bitter. It’s meant to be good for you?
