I agree with others that posting these pics just shows how far these two have fallen. Their wedding was on a glorious May day in Windsor, with the Queen herself and assorted A listers present. The whole world was watching and wishing them well. Now, she has to fly to another continent for the honour of standing on a traffic island talking at bemused tourists, while merching her outfits as a sideline.

I also agree that harking back to the glory days is her way to remind us all that she's royal. But I don't think it's having quite the effect she intended. That's the story of her life these days.

Yep - that will be Peter Phillips nuptials - any day now - NFI to that either.

Photos are purely to remind the world she's a Royal.

On the academic grapevine, people think that Cat J has lost her mind. It's her 'clownfish' moment (iykyk).

So has our Duchess returned to California to celebrate her anniversary with her beloved 'H' and their children?

If so, that means she flew all the way to Switzerland just to speak at a roundabout and grab a few photo ops. She'll have spent more time in the air than on the ground. What a come down from that beautiful day in May 8 years ago.

Interesting thought, jeff - if the stuff was really made to measure couture I didn't know clients could return it, but yes I guess it may already have been sold
