Charles has gone at the behest of the Government and I think is playing a blinder. He delivered some pretty pointed messages in his speech yesterday, but diplomatically , to Congress. I am sure he would rather be anywhere else but he is doing his job and thus far doing it very well I think. He hasn't even slapped anyone on the arse , not even once. 😊

And this, H, soft lad, is what being a member of the WRF is. Not careering around picking and choosing what you talk about and hectoring Heads of State. Nor missing a State Banquet with Trump (I think it was attributed to Meghan having had Archie a few weeks / a month? before - but C turned up to her wedding in similar circumstances. ) I don't think H will ever be a member of the WRF again , he and his wife are not fit for purpose. Private reconciliation with his family - different issue entirely. Just keep them out of the public eye.

Just wanted to say thanks to the PP (sorry I can't remember whom) who recommended Rachel the Curious Pilot. Her Invictus deep dives have been very interesting. She's been in conversation with Paula Froelich on the topic and it's thought provoking.

I don't get why p&h are miserable. They still have titles and appear to be using them and RF appear to be ok with this. The Australia tour was a success (for them). They received plenty of publicity/ exposure

Yeah - especially since Meghan's former date Rory McIlroy got an invite - hell even Lauren Sanchez was there but not her...

Charles is a genius at understated diplomacy to make his point. It seems friendly and jovial but he puts his point across. It is clear he is displeased by Harry and Meghan's behaviour as there was no reference to them in his speech whereas there are warm references to William and George.

I think the omission of Harry from the speech is a clear statement that Charles disapproves of the faux royal antics - but he will never say so publicly but they are erased.

Harry, Meghan and the Sussex Squad are too stupid to understand this and will whine at being snubbed. But burning their bridges with the RF for cash was their decision and hard to come back from given the grenades their have lobbed at Charles in recent weeks. Meghan would have killed to have been there as an Honoured Guest posing with jewels - while Harry could have walked away with big Ingriftus donations. However they are now reduced to giving away tickets for meet and greets and even the Kardashians are distancing themselves!

Barefoot, is that a little bit of trolling from the Wales' ? 😂

The Swifties can be similar and K pop fans, and several other fandoms. It isn't only Meghan who had a devoted fan base that can turn unpleasant. But i don't think her fan base is as large as the others I mentioned.

Having said that i don't think the positive means the negative doesn't hurt. I find Meghan dramatic and exaggerated in her victimhood but, though it isn't a big as she believes, she has been targeted and I have sympathy for that. As another poster said, a lot if what she calls trolling is based on her actions and is valid criticisim but there is much that isn't, the pregnancy stuff, people insisting they aren't her children, the yacht rumours etc etc

Agree @MrsLeonFarrell - there is justified criticism that is by no means trolling, but there is also horrible stuff out there.

(Having said that, she would be much wiser not looking at it.)
