PR disasters of Meghan and Harry.

Left off at the last page with Meg selling candles to people who want to know what her young children smell like. She’s also using the kids full titles in the press release….just for a dash of extra exploitation.

As you were

Meghan has been trolled and lots of unpleasant and false things have been said about her. But, and it's a big but, that happens to many many people in the public eye. I can appreciate it must have come as a shock to her to go from minor actor on a tv series to wife of a popular royal with the corresponding leap in public profile and comment. But she seems to only focus on the negatives and ignore the welcome she was given and the good will.

I can't imagine how tiring and depressing it must be to live your life only focused on the negatives, which clearly she does as her "era of joy" was in 7 terrible years by her own account. Add being married to someone who clearly hasn't moved past childhood trauma and who thinks he deserves public acclaim at all times regardless of what he says and does. Life must be so stressful and negative.

Of course she thinks she is the most trolled person. It's the psychological equivalent of getting a yellow car and suddenly seeing yellow cars everywhere when you never noticed them before. She reached a certain level of public awareness, attracted some trolling and now it's all she focuses on.

How terribly sad.

I wonder what stunt they will pull for W&C’s wedding anniversary?

She’s also been trolled in the positive with the SS - who are out there tearing down any detractors - no one else in the public eye has this !!!

I think the vast majority of her trolling comes off the back of them doing something to get good attention, Uvelade, Paris, Columbia / Nigeria / Oz, California fires etc … the list goes on, but they purposefully put these things out there, and people see through their charade, and call them out on it. I don’t call that trolling, it’s more that so may call them out on their disingenuousness

I am surprised they haven’t tried to upstage KC’s visit .

PH lectured Trump from Ukraine and told the world he was born to do this or such nonsense

Starryfifty · Today 09:18

Considering KC visit to US appears to be a huge success, I'm very surprised H&M haven't pulled a stunt

Plenty of time yet! They’ll time it right at the end of the day today just to take the headlines away from it all. I’m in the RF too… why wasn’t I invited to dinner. Waaah.

Mylovelygreendress · Today 09:35

Have to say I think KC’s speeches are his best ever .

There's still time, Mylovelygreendress, though admittedly I've thought the same

Perhaps they feel, now all the other opportunities are over, that it would kill any chance of winning pa round about a return for Harry?

My2cents1975 · Today 09:37

H&M cannot do anything to change what America saw...KC3 surrounded by America's elite from garden parties to state dinners to addressing a joint session of Congress and all without H&M.

IMHO, we are guaranteed a stunt, either during or soon after KC3's visit. And as ever, each clapback destroys H&M's brand and further associates H&M with chaos and toxic familial relationships.

Indeed plus KC and QC go to Bermuda next so will be around for a few days !

Agree. Most intelligent thing to do would be to keep quiet but they can't help themselves. I'm actually surprised he's not criticising his Pa for fraternising with a facist etc blah blah

Lockupyourbiscuits · Today 09:51

The clap back will definitely happen
either …
King Charles has followed my lead on Ukraine ( William not bothered)

or - special victim points

Maybe Harry has been made aware that he needs to keep the UK government onside in the run up to the July Invictus junket. He's already shot his mouth off in Ukraine - has a quiet word been had in his thick ear? Undermining Charles right now, while he is there to try to heal the rift between Trump and Starmer, is undermining the UK government directly. It's much easier to poke the RF when they are doing other events that don't have a direct connection to/ connotation with central government business. Plus, they need to keep the US public and top brass on side. It would not surprise me if they wait for KC to get to Bermuda before they start up their nonsense. Which will no doubt include tabloid stories about "snubs" and "not wanting to see his grandchildren".

Lockupyourbiscuits · Today 09:56

If there is no clap back it means Charles has seen him secretly- which we will hear about in Spare 2

Rincoe · Today 09:59

Or as it’s been such a resounding success will H&M try to bask in some of that Royal glow rather than shoot it down? Maybe they will bring out a Mothers Day candle scent of Diana !!!!

KC is a masterclass in diplomacy. His speech is excellent

Yes that would make sense, Indianrollerbird. It's not that I'd expect either to hold back out of any sense of decency, but if there's something they want that might just be sufficient incentive

Famous last words though - they'll probably pull some stunt all the same

Agree - standing ovation in the House from all sides within the first minute, and then repeated; the importance of being above politics.

I think the Ukraine speech was Harry's push for relevance against the State visit. Trump's response was perfect.

It's the PPoW's wedding anniversary today ...

There have been unlimited opportunities for KC3 to see PH and his grandchildren. These people have private jets, private villas / ranches at their disposal at the drop of a hat.

KC3 at this stage of his life and health status would want a private reconciliation with his son and grandchildren to repair and grow a relationship - however PH needs this to be highly public in order to grow the sale of his wife’s UPFs and tat online - recently palace sources have re-emphasised that until the bitterness subsides from H&M and the trust grows of their capacity to remain confidential and discreet there will not be any movement - the remit / parameters are crystal clear but they don’t suit H&M commercial agenda.
