It’s quite sweet, but obviously rehearsed and staged, not a spontaneous moment as I think it wants us to believe. A 4 year old could have held the phone.

Gosh, they’re absolutely fantastic dancers, aren’t they?

I suppose when Meg was studying for her degree in International Relations and Theater she will have been taught to be a great singer and dancer as well as being an actor and astute politico.

It would be fantastic to see her on Dancing With The Stars, or The Masked Singer, or perhaps starring in a US version of Celebrity Traitors, with Harry cheering her on. I would definitely subscribe to that.

Seriously it is not a good dance - it's awkward, jerky, they make a mistake and then she straddles him 😬 . Did she do that at the wedding?

🙄 it doesn't have to be exactly what you were dling 10yrs ago in January. Its just what were you doing 10 yrads ago. Its just a fun thing it doesn't need to be so precise and exact. Talk about taking the fun out of it.

Why though? It’s not like she’s flaunting some brand new, sparkly bauble for the camera. This is a piece of jewellery William inherited and gave to his wife. And honestly… what does an engagement ring have to do with enjoying nature? Go ahead and criticise the saccharine vibe of the video all you like, but this isn’t a commissioned prop; it’s her everyday jewellery. Are we seriously saying anyone with an expensive engagement ring isn’t allowed to talk about the joys of nature, or comment on anything else important, for that matter?

“Cringeworthy,” “arse hanging out””beyond distasteful” to quote but three seem a bit getting “worked up” to me!

Ive been off for a few days and now have returned to see that the very same posters who enjoyed criticising Catherine’s video ( apart from the odd one or two) are now here telling off the posters who told them off on that thread! 🤷‍♀️

I seem to be one of the few that is apathetic towards them. None of us know them, so why do we care.

I go to alot of music festivals and so thankful that there are thousands of people who are just having fun, dancing to the music the way it makes them feel and noone judges you. Noone thinks its cringe, awkward etc. There are plenty of middle aged people and I even met an 80yr old at one once.

Similarly I have watched live streams of these events and you never see any nasty comments about how people who are caught on camera are dancing. If anything its only ever positive ones like wow look at those guys bringing the energy or throwing down shapes.

Dancing doesn't need to be perfect unless you are in some competition. Its not cringe or awkward and you are never to old to be doing it.

Well, I think it's supremely cringeworthy and can assure you I'm not getting 'worked up'. Just commenting on a video posted on a public platform.

Is there a pre-approved list of unworked up adjectives posters should choose from?

Haven't clicked on it, but Meghan always reminds me of Victoria Beckham.

The both constantly wrap their arms around their husbands, cling on for dear life and both husbands seem equally awkward.

Harry looks as if he would like the earth to open up and swallow him right there and then.

And I don't blame him.

I would bet good money that I looked more cheerful the last time I had root canal work done.

Dancing at a concert isn't the same as getting someone (your kid! How cute!) to film a staged dance and posting it for attention. It isn't interesting, good dancing, or funny. It's just embarrassing and thirsty.

Unless …….. they actually got married 2 years before The Spectacle for The World rather than 3 days before ??

It's just so forced and fake. Everything Meghan does is carefully thought out, then orchestrated and it shows. The woman doesn't have a natural bone in her body.

My cringe is cringing for her on this one.

I find this one less cringeworthy than the labour twerking 😆
