I for one would think better of them if they dropped their titles , dropped the faux Royal tours, stopped the security nonsense, issuing statements via their “ spokesperson” , criticising people who post their DC’s photos on SM ( then do the same thing themselves) and telling lies .
They have more money and resources then the majority of people and could have lovely , productive private lives.

I think I have done it quite well actually, discovered a Prince Philip thread around the same time you claimed with your supposed stalker, no issues on that thread, discovered the baby names thread, no issues there either, so basically you have suggested a poster from this board has stalked you, sock puppeted you when you have absolutely no evidence that they have. If you don’t want posters to “play detective” don’t make vague accusations about other posters, don’t give a few letters of the user name out and don’t give dates out on the mystery deleted thread.

I said the thread calling posters bitches was deleted. I said that the person/people that possibly followed me around after used DIFFERENT USER NAMES, otherwise I could have confidently said it was them if they used the same name. So what you have done is found a thread about Prince Philip which isn’t the one, because the one where the poster swore at others was deleted, and then you’ve found a post on a baby name name thread in the SAME NAME, when I’d said IF it was the same person, it was done in a DIFFERENT USERNAME.

I don’t care if people play detective, but to look at threads which have nothing to do with the threads I’ve talked about because one was deleted, and the others, IF they involved the same person, were done by them using a DIFFERENT USERNAME, isn’t relevant and doesn’t in any way prove I’m lying.

I have tagged mumsnet myself. I am happy for anyone to ask mumsnet about it because it happened.

No, I didn’t say I ‘knew’ it was them. Stop lying. I had a feeling it was them, I said it was POSSIBLY the same person that they had followed me around the boards because I was continually contradicted and had sarcastic comment to my innocuous posts on many boards afterwards. I can’t prove it or know it was them because the usernames were different, but it’s an amazing coincidence if it wasn’t them. It was unsettling, but I name changed and it stopped. So in what was does this mean I’m busted?

I have told.the truth throughout because it happened. I’ve said throughout I’m happy for mumsnet to be involved and tagged them myself.

You have explained what happened @MeetTheBoss. @BigWillyLittleTodger has got confused thinking that finding a thread by the same poster in baby names proves that your lying. They seem to have misunderstood that if was the same poster, they used another name.

I believe you because I have experienced something similar years ago on mumsnet. I was called a cunt 😳 on a thread because I disagreed with someone on the parenting board and then got nasty comments in response to anything I posted on other threads for about a month until I name changed. There are people here who can’t control themselves and abide by Mumsnet rules. It’s never acceptable to call people names because they disagree with you.

On a lighter note and back to the OP, if this movie gets made, it better be good. I have been really hopeful for other romcoms/chicklit books being made into films but have been disappointed often. I love Sophie Kinsella books but the shopaholic and can you keep a secret films were really disappointing. I didn’t like the casting and they just didn’t capture the books well for me. They better not ruin this book. 😡😂

In you previous post you said to @MeetTheBoss “Look you have just said people had name changed but you knew it was them” but your very large quote of what they said doesn’t say they said they knew at all. It says the opposite. In their previous posts, they only said it was “possibly” them as well. You are making things up.

Possibly, but as I said, it wasn’t just one baby name thread, that was just the least contentious one of them. I literally said I preferred one name over another and got a sarcastic and quite mean response. There were at least 20 threads that I commented completely innocuous things on that received strange replies over a few weeks. Other people were saying the same things but only I was quoted and contradicted or had some sarcastic response. I think it was probably the same person but I’ll never know. Lesson learnt anyway and I name change often now.
