Humanitarians, not in a million years, no one in their right mind could ever see them in that light. Harry is a dope and Meghan is a fame hungry master manipulator.

Meghan invited herself to the Balenciaga show, how cringe !! and she acted like the cat who got the cream, and then the truth is revealed.

And now Harry is blaming the press for his wife’s thoughtless social media post of the Paris car video. Meghan is not dumb, she knew exactly how much attention she would bring from her trolling.

Once this little publicity stunt dies down the next item in the news cycle will be the annual Will they/won’t they join the Royals at Sandringham for Christmas. Of course they obviously won’t be invited and wouldn’t accept if they were. This year the press reports will undoubtedly include quotes from Harry saying how hard it is for his children missing out on extended family fun. Then he will deny saying that (I think there has already been stories of him saying something along those lines earlier this year, maybe at one of his interviews saying how much he wants to reconcile with his family?). All painting the Royals as awful people freezing them out and Charles a terrible grandfather not making the effort to meet his grandchildren.

First week of November is my guess although I have seen Christmas trees in shops already.

For all the Saint Diana narrative, I don't think she spent much time with William and Harry. Or Doria with Meghan. So they probably don't realise how odd it is.

That's very true. Neither are used to having "present" parents, however lyrical Meghan waxed about her father on "The Tig".

And yet a friend/ insider commented that Meghan didn’t travel to London with Harry as they like one if them to be there for the DC 🤷‍♀️

There is nothing wrong with them parenting as they choose and millions of children are raised going to boarding school so don't see their parents much either. I just wish they could let one comment pass in the press without organising a "friend" rebuttal. It makes them look defensive and like they have something to hide. Just ignore negative comments and they go away much faster.

Saw that PH has recently written directly to Home Sec and Kier Stamer to review the security decisions of ravec …. despite losing his appeal in court…..no doubt any Xmas stuff will be wrapped up in this pity narrative.

What I don’t understand is how was the UK safe to bring his wife and children to for the Jubillee - to be in very public events (St Paul’s) and to choose to host a party and issue photos from their DD 1st birthday celebrated on British soil. What has imploded since then?

Also PH was very comfortable accompanying MM to UK for her One World speech then stay on for QE2 funeral and happy to post (via Omid) their personal travel plans on Twitter!!!

Interesting interview with Paul Burrell in the Telegraph podcast. Among various things discussed (such as what D would have made of her DsIL) is the time D spend with the boys, which was very little. She believed they needed to spend their holidays from school with the RF and grow up within the institution they were part of, also she didn’t have access to country pursuits and outdoor activities on which they thrived so when they were with her they had to do days out and overseas holidays.

She was also swanning about in France , why is France any safer than the UK ?

Because it winds people up, they endlessly complainbabout it and the previously obscure group giving out the award gets loads of publicity.

Hmm. Makes me think about Diana choosing victimhood too. From memory (not going to search google to confirm) I think she stayed somewhere on the Sandringham estate to be near the children on Christmas Day and do the Church walk then left them to their country pursuits and went back to KP in the evening. Maybe that was during the time they were separated before the divorce was finalised. I do remember her talking about coming back to KP and being all alone and so lonely. Which of course sounds horrid. But I thought then, and still think - is it really believable she didn’t have family or friends she could go to stay with, who would invite her and welcome her for a happy alternative Christmas period? I’ve a feeling Paul B may have spoken about this too - leaving her a plate of cold food or something as she didn’t want to spoil his family Christmas by having staff at hand. I’m sure other posters with long memories can confirm.

Wallowing in her misery springs to mind. And I say that as someone who had a great deal of sympathy and admiration for Diana at the time.

So H has written to the PM and the Home Secretary. At some point, questions need to be asked about how weak the King is when it comes to controlling members of his family who behave inappropriately. A member of the RF should not be asking politicians to be overruling civil servants and the courts.

I think I saw mention that Meghan's Instagram feed in Paris was a live feed. So was she basically telling paps etc where she was?

When she puts her feet up at the end of her car-ride reel, the lights you can see out the window are on the bridge over the tunnel where Diana died. I just don't believe that's a coincidence.
