I’d hate to think of my string of men if Peter had 3 relationships over two decades. Obviously before I met dh. 😂

Challenging to blend families with her teenage daughter the same age as one of his. And ex-wife Autumn living on the same estate.

The Mirror- oh, bound to be right.

Well, they were right. The couple had broken up.

My point was in that if the media have reported they broke up in April, then your assertion they broke up in June is highly unlikely to be correct.

How laughable.

You believe everything in the Mirror?

There are other sources out there which say June. Do some Googling.

The point is, looking at the bigger picture, he's a man who cannot (it seems) be alone. He has had numerous relationships over 20+ years (not just his marriage and a long term relationship). For me, it would be a red flag that he broke up after 2 years with a woman and then weeks (whether it's 4 weeks or 4 days later) was dating Harriet.

He lied during lockdown that his Scotland trip was 'business' but in fact he was visiting a girlfriend , and was found out.

I hope they are happy but for me, it raises a question about him simply because he appears to always need a woman and replaces them very quickly.

I think what Serenster is saying is that if the Mirror reported the split in April it’s likely to be correct, unless they had a crystal ball. The fact that everyone else caught up in June is irrelevant.

Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Surely it would only be an “ issue” if he was running several girlfriends at the same time? The fact that he broke up with one before starting with the next is a positive, rather than a concern!

You have simply described the behaviour of many men and women!
some people value their worth by having a partner!
im not sure what the criticism is?
he wasn’t cheating!
being royal adjacent doesn’t make him behave any better or worse than a normal man.

ScarlettOYara · 03/08/2025 09:39

Yes, I don't think there's any evidence that Phillips is a sleaze, or an explorer of women. 3 relationships in - what? - 22 years? I don't think that's a negative reflection on the man!

Yes, it's strange that because he's royal adjacent he has to act like some sort of saint. He's not done anything wrong, as far as his dealings with women go, as far as I can see.

Well quite Scarlett!
compared to the behaviour of some he is a saint!!!!!

Really? I think she would be a scary if you didn't like horses no chance but I do like her.

I don’t think I’ve seen too many pics of Peter with a horse. Not that it matters, I just don’t think he’s as horsey as his mum and sister.

Thats two first cousins of W&H getting married - wonder if H&M will be invited to either? Might be an opportunity for a 'water under the bridge' moment moving on from when PH either declined or agreed not to attend or was NFI to Duke of Westminster's big wedding last summer - because the tension between the brothers would take attention away from the couple getting married? ... Although Lady Eliza Spencer has enough family rifts closer to home as she's estranged from her own father Earl Spencer - he didnt attend either of his other daughters weddings.

I’m sure the whole extended RF know very well that they can’t invite both the Waleses and the Sussexes. They’ll have to choose because, apart from making things difficult for the 2 princes, the press would totally focus on their interaction or lack of it.

And most people surely will decide to support the future king?

A pack of lies? Says who? The Royal rota?

Meghan publicly announced she and Harry were married 3 days before the Royal Wedding day. Archbishop said they were not. Who do you believe? She told a blatant lie on TV and was called out.

I think it’s been established that Meghan told a total of 17 lies in the O W interview. She must have thought the public was stupid.

Agree - thats how its been to date - but if they are negotiating or promoting a reconciliation programme then these might be an obvious route - although I agree it would be unfair on the couple getting married. Either way they will likely have the guest list scrutinised and people will wonder if H&M were ever invited. Do we know when each of the cousins weddings are - they might have a diary clash with something?
