In short: Yes.
The As Ever business involves them buying mass produced, white label goods. By definition, these are bad for the environment, using the cheapest possible raw ingredients flown in from all over the place, and are UPF heavy. They also take private jets a lot in the course of their other business dealings, eg, Harry earns $1m a year reputedly working for Travlyst and telling the public how to travel environmentally consciously, and yet he's flown on private jets consistently these last 5 years as well as making very short-lived and unnecessary long hall travel journeys.
Whether they are using "slave factories" depends on the provenance of the white label goods they are selling. For example, Meghan has failed (in breach of FDA regulations, I believe) to label her Hibiscus Tea showing the provenance of the Hibiscus. However, we know from the Republic of Tea's (the supplier) website and identical product information that the tea ones from Nigeria. I'll be willing to bet a few quid that it is not that ethically grown or picked by well paid workers. In addition, the handbag business in which Meghan is an investor has been shown to be exploiting Rwandan weavers, paying them 50p a day for bags that sell for hundreds.
Harry's other interest, African Parks, has been investigated and shown to be brutally exploiting and attacking native Baka people in order to further the aims of that company - safari travel for rich westerners.
They do all of the above using their royal titles. Would you look away from what Prince Andrew has been up to in his dodgy and unethical financial dealings? If not, why look away from these two?
