There was that photo she released of a carefully curated memory board, for their wedding anniversary. Full of photos that were mostly tasteful and posed, or taken of them by other people but with a few more informal. Like her naked baby bump and a scan pic.

I did wonder, at the time, why she would do that. Now it starts to make sense.

I think you need to take a more careful look at history. At that time when that picture was taken probably the 1930’s, there was worldwide admiration in the way that Hitler turned the economy around for Germany especially given that the world was in a depression and many wondered how he did it. This of course was what he wanted everyone to see so and not the terrible reality of what was a Nazi Germany so this illusion was peddled left right and centre. When the atrocities came to light countries did a swift u-turn and denounced them. Your attempt to paint the Queen, The Queen Mother, Margaret and King George VI as nazis is really quite pathetic

I was assuming she runs things past her team before posting. Silly me.

I don't believe there really is a 'team'. Even big stars don't have an entire 'PR team'. They may work with an agency which represents many clients, but they don't have their own personal 'team'.

And to be frank, given what we've seen in the past 5 years about Meghan's inability to take advice, I do think it is a bit silly to believe she runs things past her 'team'. And even if she does, it's ultimately her decision to post it.
