I don't understand why she's posted this. In what way is she hoping to enhance here brand/improve her image? It's so weird.

What makes you say that? If fake you’d do a better job, the dress is loose.

I thought the surrogacy rumours were more about the pregnancy with Archie, if so this wouldn’t do anything to address that. I have a feeling this will not have the effect she was hoping for.
I'm really curious to hear from ladies who have been pregnant what their observations are, based on their own late pregnancy experiences.

Do they let you go a week overdue with pre eclampsia? I know 2 women who had that and they were both induced early

Edit: apparently she had post partum pre eclampsia and not when she was pregnant

I think just a bit of bored in labour fun personally. No big deal. Wouldn’t post it online myself, but I’m not a celebrity.

It almost looks like she’s put a pillow up her dress as her bump is the weirdest shape ive ever seen.

I thought the rumours more re: baby 2.

I had pre eclampsia with one pregnancy and was induced at 40 weeks. I was gigantic (everything from my waist down was massively swollen with pitting oedema - I genuinely did put on about 3 stone, largely retained water weight) and was lying on a bed with a trace monitor on the baby and a cannula in my arm - definitely not mobile. So, not a remotely similar experience to Meghan’s as depicted in the video.

It’s because she is really relatable and hilarious! And because Lilibet’s birthday is definitely not all about her.

This would have been better posted in the moment in my opinion. Each to their own.
Not personally something I would share in the moment or 4 years later.

In America. In a private hospital. She’s not labouring with five other women in the pre labour ward on the NHS. They will have been in this room the whole time.

even to people like me who never believed the moon bump stories and firmly believed she was pregnant, it’s obvious that she has something lumpy and oddly shaped stuffed up her dress!!!!! Why?
