I don't understand why she's posted this. In what way is she hoping to enhance here brand/improve her image? It's so weird.

people like gwyneth Paltrow pull off the polished and aspirational but also come across as genuine/kooky/likeable, but it’s very hard to do.

I would find MM more aspirational if she had remained all Californian relaxed green smoothies and yoga pants, or a down to earth genuine gardener/beekeeper. not posing in pale coloured designer clothes in borrowed homes/gardens with shop-bought veg in a basket. The aspirational stuff comes across as fake.

Then, on the attempts at relatability, there are pics of rubbish looking food on Instagram (jam on bananas, green waffles), videos of a grumpy Doria being made to eat stuff, a tired and dated looking kitchen in the back ground. Then going on chat shows moaning you’re such a busy working mum and feed your kids chicken nuggets, the pregnancy twerking, all seems a bit basic/tacky, not royal, aspirational or classy at all.

You make the best point - all their talk and speeches and forums about internet exposure and they do this. They don't have the sense they were born with.

I think it’s very sweet and fun. I’m impressed with her agility at full term. Im not into the royals generally but I deeply dislike all the bitchiness they have to endure

It seems very rehearsed to me. Meghan’s movements are perfectly timed to the music..just the right hand up/right stop/ right motion. That’s was not spontaneous and it was practiced

Catherine had on mid height heels not high heels. Sure she had hair and makeup as did Meghan when she appeared in her cream shirt dress. Catherine is royal and it was a royal birth happily anticipated by milllions.

I can’t watch anything Meghan is in now…its so phony to me but i did watch this video of her and Harry dancing and I thought she dances well and hes ok too but clearly she has been perfecting it.

To think that they would do something so cringeworthy and undignified, and make it public, and yet have the sheer audacity give the child the private childhood nickname of Queen Elizabeth, who dedicated her life to service and duty. I thought this was adorable and endearing. I think it’s one of the most authentic things she’s posted. I’m often skeptical of their “truths” and motives but this was lovely. Meghan has moves!

If M&H wanted to dance around - that's OK , each to their own. What does not quite square with me is they did not want to "offer up their baby" so no Lindo steps photos - that's also their choice, - but managed to get the glamorous palace photo to make the US morning news with Gayle whats'ername

It wouldn't be me but if they wanted to dance around in the delivery room - fill your boots. But - even if you filmed it - why would you release this to the public if you were so keen at the time to keep the birth etc private. I don't understand it & I'm not saying I'm right. But personally I think they look like a couple of twits and whilst it might have been a happy moment for them , much better in the private recollection than the viewing.

I watched it but I have no real feelings on it. For those saying she can’t have been in labour during it well she could I remember feeling hardly anything during my second and I was very active. Or she could be about to go in for a c-section/tummy tuck, or it could be fake who knows! As an actress she is probably fit as a fiddle so could be dancing with the bump. The bump itself could be that shape who knows? For what it’s worth I think she saw herself as becoming the new Diana in the early days - an icon. She believed her own hype and Harry fell hook line and sinker for it. It didn’t work so she fled when she figured out that Kate was the new ‘Princess of Wales’ and she couldn’t bare being second best. Now she’s trying to build a court in USA and most definitely sees Lilibet as becoming the new Diana. It’s sad to see I have no idea who is advising them but they’re not doing a very good job. They both need to disappear for a few years out of sight etc. then they might be able to rejoin the RF later on. I feel desperately sorry for Archie and Lily who should be able to form their own relationships with their extended family.

It’s a prime example of the difference between paying for good/what the public wants versus bad/what the public don’t want PR. I find will and Kate’s videos etc nauseating in there saccharin drenched fakery, but some people find this more appealing and praise them. Only recently was Kate and her daughter being praised for there similarity in style and looks to Diana, yet if megan does it, she’s deluded?
