I've embarrassed for Meghan saying that her arranging takeaway food on a plate is the same thing as what Figs Heather Hasson has done 😬

Didn't H&M hire a brand manager to handle their UK PR a month or so ago? Not sure what he has been doing so far.

In other news

This morning on Instagram Meghan plus child, not sure which I'm not good at judging ages from heights, walk towards a beehive.

Is Meghan trolling us?

Does she photoshop her images or does she hire child actors from time to time to "play" her children. As just in the past few weeks she has posted images purported to be her kids that vary considerably in hair colour and height.

Was Lilibet the bee keeper a clapback to Kate's World Bee Day post last week

Poor Princess Lilibet Diana appears to have shrunk!

GinnyCat · 26/05/2025 11:10

could be an old photo of lili being much younger.

Megan does seem to post similar content to Catherine and it comes across as stalking.

Hope the pr machine they are hiring can convince megs that coming across like a jealous bitter stalker is not the best way to elevate ones brand.

Serenster · 26/05/2025 11:13

100% I think she is deliberately posting inconsistent photos. This could be to safeguard her actual children’s privacy (though if so, I side-eye massively using other people’s children to garner goodwill for yourself and your commercial brand while pretending they are your own) or just to stir up controversy.

These two photos were published six weeks apart. Both purportedly show Meghan from the rear with her two children. The children vary wildly in size, as does “Meghan” - we know she is very slim right now, so where did the booty come from in the woman on the balcony? And given the sizes of the children, it clearly can’t be an older photo. Then today there’s a video of a child who walks like a toddler. Where did Lilibet’s long legs go?

But see, we are talking about it. Job done, I guess.

Harry and Meghan have a very.... tenuous...relationship with the truth. It's all just about fame and money, and they'll do anything to grab as much of both as possible.

GinnyCat · 26/05/2025 11:20

as with her other footage of Archie and lili there is a dark, unsettling and creepy undertone in those videos, almost as if the children are being coerced or threatened, with Meghan coming across more like a villain than a mother. There’s a domestic noir vibe to the way the children are filmed and it's certainly uncomfortable to watch.

Knakeredd · 26/05/2025 11:21

Just looking at that balcony shot the girl looks taller / longer legged that the boy...doesnt look like a 3 year old - more like 6 or 7.

FenellaFeldman · 26/05/2025 11:23

Also, the child in the beekeepers' outfit looks like a toddler. Isn't Lilibet almost 4?

Serenster · 26/05/2025 11:28

Lilibet was born on 4 June 2021, so she’ll be 4 in about 10 days. In the UK, she’d be starting reception in September.

Must be so tempting to have a bit of fun with this -

“what could be better than some fabulous tartan paint - we love to support a great British brand and Kensington Palace has never looked so snazzy! #tasteful #Royalstyle #beigebegone”

“Great to meet with leaders at Apple as they begin to invest in Early Years - and who knew that a quick blast in the microwave could double your phone’s battery life? #thankyoutimcook #philanthropybuddies”

CoffeeCantata · 26/05/2025 07:13

Definitely - what a lost opportunity to practise what they preach. But then that's virtue-signallers for you - words are cheap, aren't they?

Thinking of the actress who made the daft comment that the Buck House balcony was 'still very white' at H & M's wedding....I like her and I'm sure she cringed afterwards because it was a totally illogical remark - it's only the royal family who appear on the balcony - not their staff - and they could hardly be expected to change ethnicity. But that was back when we all felt optimistic about Meghan's entry into the RF and there seemed potential for modernising and a more inclusive look in line with 21st century Britain. What a shame that opportunity was thrown away.

But I just cannot believe that H & M, with their mission to oppose racism, could have managed to appoint an all-white team in the US - it's not a good look.

There's no age diversity either.

I was very confused by the picture of Meghan from the rear today and my first thought was that it isn’t her. It’s all making sense now.

I always wondered who would get their photo taken with their hair/wig/extensions like this. Maybe it wasn't her.

There's no age diversity either.

I'm wondering if that is deliberate - young and easily impressed, keen to make their way in the world so willing to take a load of shit and work long hours. Like many women thinking they will be the person to change him them.

Although they are not all very young, one or two of them look to be in their early forties, The ladies seem to be a very attractive bunch..

All the stuff about the hiring of team members (I doubt they’re on the couple’s personal payroll FT, literally nobody needs a team of 11 for comms and PR only) is nonsense. No amount of positive spin and management of media contacts and carefully worded press releases etc can hide the fact that there’s nothing there. Not even mystery at this point. Sorry to be crass but you just can’t polish a turd.

Nobody wants to hear any more of Harry’s messages, he’d be doing himself a favour by NOT getting them out there frankly. As for service: he had the biggest platform on earth (bar the likes of Bill and Melinda Gates, who actually have to use their own money), and walked out on it because….well who knows at this point. And he expects people to believe he’s all about service over everything? Self-service, maybe.

Thing is, on some level you can understand how and why Harry is the way he is. Completely atypical and dysfunctional life from birth (albeit not one of service while he was still in diapers, as he’d have people think 🙄). His childhood was more devoted to things other than just being a child. I think most people have a degree of sympathy. But Meghan had a whole entire life in the real world before she married him at 35yo, including adulthood at the coal face of venal, grasping, hypocritical, thieving, lying, fraudulent “Hollywood”. She has zero entitlement to any claim of Marie Antoinette entitlement or superiority or ignorance of how things work in the real world. She can’t pull off the bored, rich, ivory tower housewife thing (like, say, the Beckham boy’s wife, heiress as she is) because she’s had to work for her living from the beginning. She’s still working. She’s not to the manor born, she’s just playing another role, just as badly as all the other roles she’s ever played.

It’s just more bullshit. Throwing stuff and seeing what sticks. Rinse and repeat. It’s tiresome and unoriginal and mendacious. It’s just a relief that there’s now enough out there for them to be seen for what they are. They’re powerless at this point.

Meghan is cunning enough to have had the footage taken a couple of years ago so she could save it up for a suitable moment.

Even at three she’d be too young to be safely involved with beekeeping and hives. Aged 1-2 would be ridiculous. But yet that’s what it potentially looks like.

My first reaction was 'What mother would take a child that small to see a beehive?'

Thinking about WME and Sunshine Sachs, I wonder if UK based companies would have been so keen to work with Harry and Meghan. There must have been people in the know about what he was really like before he left the protection of the Royal family.

I'm sure they would have bitten H&M's hands off to work with them, certainly straight after Megxit. Absolutely some clients come with a health warning as being 'difficult', but money talks and as long as you go in with a big monthly retainer and your eyes wide open, you can't complain really.

But now that it's commonly rumoured in the industry that they were fired by Sunshine Sachs for non-payment, and don't take advice, then no, most agencies would be loathe to work with them. A nightmarish client that pays well is one thing. A nightmarish client that also won't pay, and moreover won't take your advice, is bad for your business in both the short and the long term. Your invoices don't get paid so you end up with a bad debt position; your staff get burned out by dealing with the nightmare client and leave; you find it harder to win new business because the outside world isn't sure whether the client's bad reputation is the client's fault or just really shoddy work by the PR firm. Just an all-round hospital pass really.

It's fascinating. They seem to have burnt every boat they had, even the life rafts.

I do feel sorry for people working with difficult clients who do get paid though. Can't be very easy however much you get.

Bees and toddlers may be more common than I thought. Amazon sells bee suits for kids for £37.99, complete with guff about getting closer to nature. I'm not particularly risk averse as a parent but I wouldn't let DD wear a scarf when she was two, although she really wanted one.
