Usage of the emotive "Meghan-bashing" is a tired attempt to shut down the discussion. But as ever, it will not work.

As for M, her aspirational target market is the small "c" conservative lot, who are into Bridgerton, royalty and social protocol. These (mostly) ladies would know the social convention that "one wears white between Memorial Day (last Monday in May) and Labor Day (first Monday in September)".

Another point of brand confusion is the random ducks. Americans associate duck with Chinese food (Peking Duck, Szechuan duck, Crispy Fried Duck, etc.), so again how does that tie in with M's tradwife brand?

But then again, I am not a PR expert by any stretch, so maybe M's PR team knows what they are doing.

So it continues. If anyone seriously believes that Andrew gets excused for any of his behaviour then they haven't followed this thread, or any other on this board. If anyone thinks that anyone on here only criticises Meghan, and no-one else, and with no reason, then they obviously haven't followed any threads either.

The trouble is, that when Prince Andrew is photographed walking alongside the RF in to church at Easter, an occasion which is traditionally filmed and features on the news, and where members of the public are lining the route every year, it does convey the message that the RF still support PA
and by definition, his activities.

Please note, I’m not saying they all do approve btw, I’m saying those are the optics. Imho, it’s really bizarre that they are allowing this to continue.

And sorry but if anyone says that Charles has no power over what his brother does, then he needs to start exerting some,

The Christmas and Easter walks are presumably planned and choreographed in advance for security reasons, so don’t tell me that Charles could not have asked the men in grey suits to have a word with PA to convince him to slip in to the church privately alongside other members of the public, or to stay away altogether and attend a different church in London.

In this instance, the Royal Family’s mantras of keep calm and carry on, and never complain, never explain, are wearing rather thin. What it looks like anyway is that they don’t think he has done much wrong!

If you read this thread, @Enoughisenough689 , that's been discussed. Andrew has been criticised personally, as has his appearance at church. I think someone has defended his right to go to church at Easter, but that's his limit of support on here.

I'm not even slightly worried. I think it would be a bit weird to be "worried" about this! I am sure they are privately supporting Andrew, because he's their close family member, but "tacitly supporting" him, no. He's allowed to rock up to church with them a couple of times, a year, he's not allowed to use HRH, he's lost his patronages etc and not allowed to do any royal duties, so yes, I think they have pretty much cut him down to size!
