Slight derail but Jason Knauf is the new CEO of Earthshot .
Easy seeing who William believes in the KP bullying saga !

So I see, Mylovelygreendress, and of course it was Knauf's connection witth William which incensed the staunchest fans when he revealed Meghan's lies ... clearly something they'll never quite get over

Pity they weren't more concerned with the cold hard proof of what she'd done, but there you go

Mylovelygreendress · 18/04/2025 08:44

Just imagining Meghan “ look what your brother has done now!”
Harry , “ my love , he is just jealous of our true love”

Baital · 18/04/2025 08:45

Knauf seems to have done his job and acted with integrity.

Probably the same applies to the aides H gave those unpleasant nicknames. He seems to have blamed them for the message, without realising they were just doing their job in relaying their principals message.

They know exactly who the bullies are. They had an outside legal team to come in to do an independent investigtion interviewing many victims and witnesses and examining all evidence.

If H&M had been exonerated they would have demanded a publis apology or taken BP to court for libel/slander. But this highly litigous pair chose not to. Wonder why not. I understand that details of the victims / witnesses would be confidential (and as we now know at risk from their lives being blighted fruther by the SS). I also think BP chose not to share headline outcomes to take the heat out of the particularly febrile situation at that time - or they were keeping their powder dry for use strategically at another time. At they same time as an employer they could be held to account for not protecting employees via their own inadequate policies and procedures and stepping in sooner.

I think a Tuscan or French style kitchen is lovely in a relaxed evolved way.

But hers is so dark.

Also it's incongruous with her 'vibe'. It would suit Camilla, or Anne or Sophie or Jamie Oliver or Nigella types.
People who value tradition and homliness above style and image.

It just doesn't fit with her beige curated Cali wife image she's selling.

Just catching up, and discussion will likely have moved on.

The Tuscan or French style kitchen again reminds of Pamela Anderson, because that's very much her vibe.

And hers is a bit similar to Meghan's (some dark wood, but generally lighter).

However, that is authentically Pamela's style - I remember the MTV cribs episode and being genuinely surprised by her style. But nothing in a curated style - just things she liked, and it blended beautifully.

IMO Meghan doesn't actually have much sense of style or taste. She knows what look she's aiming for, but she can't pull it together herself. It is a talent (and one I fully admit I do not have myself).

Meghan's style reminds me of Debbie in Addams Family Values: "these are beautiful things, they're from catalogues".

The only way to deal with people like H&M is to continue to act with integrity (and record every interaction).

Let them insinuate and play games. Over time the truth will become visible. If you engage on their terms you will get dragged into he said/she said and a lot of energy wasted in trying to respond to half truths and manipulation. I had a colleague like that, a truly unpleasant 18 months but in the end everyone realised they had been played. She then moved on...

I agree - I like the expression dont hand them the bullets to shoot you with.

They will twist anything to weaponise it. Give them nothing. Pivot your attention elsewhere and get on positively with living your own life well.

Detach. Dignity. Distance.

H&M have stepped in it...perhaps this explains the flurry of attacks on W&C on the other thread.

M's tradwife rebrand was a recalibration to the center of the political spectrum where the lucrative small "c" conservative market resides, as explained by a pp. Shedding MWC was a move to align with the small "c" values that heavily skew to supporting Israel, but this move has backfired badly with progressives, who are now attacking H&M on social media. FYI...US progressives sit on the far left of the US political spectrum and are squarely on Palestine's side.

And now, Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), the umbrella lobby organization for Muslims in the US has specifically called out H&M's Archewell organization for pulling funding from MWC and is demanding an apology. CAIR is capable of unleashing the left-wing rage machine on H&M so H&M's PR team needs to tread very carefully to contain this rapidly escalating issue.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry pull funding from Muslim charity

(Would love to give credit for the post describing the small "c" conservative market but I have forgotten who the poster is, and I could not find the post when I searched. Sorry, whoever you are and thanks for the insightful post!)

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry pull funding from Muslim charity over leader’s anti-Israel writings

The country’s largest Muslim group is upset after Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s charity withdrew support for refugee women in Afghanistan.

Harry and Meghan are probably between a rock and a hard place in relation to criticism from Muslim groups for Archewell’s actions. Ari Emmanuel, head agent at WME and with whom their business fortunes are closely tied, is Jewish and has strong opinions on the Israel/Palestine conflict (he is not a fan of Netanyahu but supports Israel in its actions). They will not want to offend him, so offending Palestinian supporters may seem the lesser of two evils?

And this is a perfect example of why the royals are supposed to keep their opinions to themselves and at least appear to be neutral!

BemusedAmerican · 18/04/2025 14:46

It's a great way to encourage hostility from Muslims. Wait- isn't there a RAVEC decision in progress?

You’re assuming that Harry has the intelligence to plan that far ahead, whereas his actual security stunts show he really isn’t.

BemusedAmerican · 18/04/2025 14:50

@jeffgoldblum Can the verdict be that Harry is his own worst enemy?

Indeed!
he can’t even lie straight in bed , constantly trips himself up with his own antics .
at this point we could argue he needs security to protect him from himself!

AND they have learned nothing and are still carrying on with their bullying behaviour!

Isn't it just ... I shall pinch that one Grin

BTW you mentioned earlier about Jason Knauf "acting with integrity", and I suspect that's a major factor in the abuse aimed at him
As in, to someone who's not got any it must seem a painful reproach to see it demonstrated by others

Weepixie · 18/04/2025 17:33

My granny was funny. Another two of her sayings were -

He was a good dancer - he was always twisting.

He was a brah musician - he wiz always on the fiddle.

Harry has the integrity of a decrepit crab!!! , his uncle isn’t much better!
an example of over indulgent parenting, and delusions of grandeur.

Who are also discrete and loyal. Jason Knauf didn't take the opportunity when he was interviewed on Australian TV to say anything negative about H&M.

Yes that was very noticeable, @IdaGlossop, so add discretion to the list of things it must be painful to see others demonstrating when H&M clearly aren't capable of it themselves
