There's lots of chatter on Reddit about how

• There’s no reviews/Tik Toks yet. Apart from those from 2days ago
• Sussex fans haven’t been able to buy or their items haven’t yet been delivered
• The President of the Sussex fan club has went online to decry she couldn’t get anything
• PR boxes that have went out, none contain the mystery honey. The honey that some Sussex fans purchased but then were sent an email saying there’s no stock left.

So thoughts are it’s all a bit of a scam.

Have they seen the light at last? Has she finally revealed herself to be a grifter to the faithful? This is like watching Lula Roe collapse.

Considering her track record, I think it would have been a massive leap of faith to expect a proper and professional launch of this iteration of her attempt at reestablishing herself as an influencer with stuff to sell.

By all accounts it looks like a right old mess of a launch, which is par for the course of anything she seems to touch.
