So the Sussex Machine is the Sussex Squad. I wondered whether CS meant that when she was interviewed yesterday.

Surely Sussex Squad isn't a thing like that. Does mean there is an actual formal group who have raised money ? I'm quite confused.

The Sussex squad isn't one organised group, there is some that are within the Sussex camp and have featured in events to those who just support and are not in the inner circle. There is some leadership but often the instructions are not followed. To my knowledge there has never been proof that they have ever been instructed by the Sussex's with the exception of honorary member Bouzy. But they are known and referenced by the Sussexes and their behaviour has not again to my knowledge been condoned by the Sussexes. Some of the attendees at the launch had a history of attacking Catherine. As Harry says silence is complicit. There are a similar group on the opposing side but I've never seen any interaction or knowledge of their actions by the Wales's

So who is the Sussex Squad mentioned in the acknowledgments ?

I looked at my local Woolies Online (Australia) and they have lemon ginger tea from four different tea companies. One is truly elevated by the addition of Manuka honey. I don't know how that works in a teabag, though, and I will never find out as I drink tea unsweetened.

They did an online fundraiser for Sentabale and donated the proceeds. It was obviously a gofundme kind of arrangement, so no one person could be credited.

A friend many years ago remarked, "we're all the same height lying down"!!!

I think the Sussex Machine is partly the Sussex Squad, partly their PR and partly the group of Sussex friendly journalists and celebrities who always pop up in the press if they are getting any criticism.

The optics look terrible for them. I wish once they actually thought about their children and the damage they are causing them, after all they aren't going to be known as the extension of the royal family but rather the family where the whole world just rolls their eyes at.

The fundraising arm is interesting, much of the retort is the two sides and what about the children and yet it is the Sussex squad who are declaring that they will not support sentebale and them who are pressuring the charity to resolve ( get rid of Sophie)
