Serious question...what is he actually doing

I’ve never seen any of these. Apart from the Oprah weirdness.

Life has obviously not turned out as he'd hoped. I think he'd got used to the RF advisors and PR teams smoothing his early life through any awkward moments. He went from a life of being shielded from adverse publicity by professionals to being completely isolated in a foreign country. The amount of staff that have come and gone, the amount of poor choices they have made shows to me just how reliant Harry was on the RF 'machine'. I do worry about him, it seems he is being poorly advised, either that or he and M just aren't making sensible decisions. I'm concerned they are making ill judged snap decisions just to seem relevant. I want to see Harry happy in whatever he does in future, but with each passing day it seems he gets angrier, more resentful and ever more isolated.

Being away from it all in the Californian sunshine with his wife and kids, free to live his life as he wishes, I think must be so refreshing for him

I think he is an outlier as he is the only high profile collaborator to speak up against PH - he spoke out at the time not rowed back that I am aware of - so stuck to his guns.

Apparently they are both in meetings all day. But make a massive effort to have lunch together 🤷‍♀️

His Security/IPP latest hearing - the appeal - is this week in London, but he’s not expected to attend in person, I don’t think?

Poss he’ll be issuing day by day instructions to his legal team (like when he settled against the newspaper group, held things up, and his barrister made the inaccurate statement outside the courthouse), and there might kind of proxy news of him via that.

He may even understand the time difference by now.

I can’t believe he really thinks he will receive IPP status and assume it’s because William has it .

H's argument to date seems to revolve around his being a target for attacks simply by being the son of the King, thus absolving himself of any responsibility for his own words, writings and behaviour that contribute toward risk; all while H&M both seem to do what they want, when they want (e.g. last minute unexpected arrivals at high-profile events) for commercial purposes.

He additionally argued in a written legal submission that he needs the high-end status and concomitant security to protect the morale of the British public lest they have to deal with anything befalling him. He's all heart.

Meanwhile Mr O-1/Einstein Visa plays polo, waterskis, shoots, arms his private bodyguards, takes drugs, drinks and engages in other risky behaviours. And I still wouldn't be surprised to find out that the King is subbing his current security costs anyway out of misplaced guilt and one-sided unconditional love.
