I don't think we're done talking - and I never start threads!

As you were!

@JoyousGreyOrca
I agree with you. Many others do too

I don’t agree and many others don’t agree either.

BigWillyLittleTodger · 26/01/2025 00:01

I do get fed up with the ganging up line on here, if you are a lone voice of course lots of posters disagree with you, same on any thread on mumsnet.

Mylovelygreendress · 26/01/2025 00:01

JoyousGreyOrca · 25/01/2025 23:53

Some posters are saying Harry lost because he did not take NGN down. So they obviously think he could have. I do not.

He settled . That’s different .
Groundhog Day .

Maybe the many others out there who agree want to contribute to this thread then so @JoyousGreyOrca doesn’t feel like they are being ‘ganged up on’ 🤷‍♀️

If its just disagreeing fine. Its all the personal insults that tips it over

Extiainoiapeial · 26/01/2025 00:03

OP can I ask you....every time I post you do a laughing 'react'

Every single time. Am I providing you with endless joy in your life or are you using the react button to be sarcastic and sneer at all my posts?

NotaRealHousewife · 26/01/2025 00:03

Perhaps start a thread about Harry and his massive settlement, see how it goes

Please report any personal insults, mumsnet are pretty swift at taking them down if they cross the line.

Couldn't agree more! It's a lot pathetic to allege that posters are ganging up on you, because you are the minority opinion!!

If you have minority opinions, expect them to be challenged!!

I know you don't.

But one thing I do know.... If this thread was out in Chat or AIBU the reaction would be very different. Harry and Meghan detractors do not make having a different opinion on the royal family board a pleasant experience so very many avoid

What "personal insults"? Report them.

You are now scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Actually it can be incredibly unpleasant from Harry and Meghan supporters on this board as I’m sure many regular posters will agree. As for reactions being different on chat I have no idea, all I know is that Meghan and Harry are not exactly the most popular of celebrities on the planet so I would be surprised if you would get 40 pages of people saying how much they admire and support Harry and Meghan but you never know.

You know this how?

Do MN members message you privately to tell you they're avoiding the latest RF thread?

Or are you a member of a (for example) knitting club where people say to you "I'm avoiding that MN thread - you know, the one where they're having a go at H about NGN"?

Please tell!

Out of interest how do you know this?

You beat me to it! How on earth do posters know what other posters are avoiding?

I never said for one minute that you would get that

However, it would be a much broader balance of opinions 'out there' away from the royal family board

I bet that bloody knitting club are fashioning effigies of the H and M detractors

There really is no need to be rude to posters on a thread you started. I am not rude to you.
Every single post of mine you do the same. MNHQ did not set up the react button for that purpose

JoyousGreyOrca · 26/01/2025 01:15

Yes it is. I just ignore your constant laugh emoticons on my comments. But another poster is asking you not to do this. And you are just continuing to laugh.

You get it too?

I thought it was just me!

It's rude and juvenile
