No accountability does not necessarily lead to punishment.
A child can admit they stole something and so be accountable, but the parent decides not to punish them.

The random tweet was one posted claiming that Harry had asked Charles for millions to pay legal costs. It is a random tweet from a random person.

He also got ticked off by the judge for trying to shoehorn in 'trophy targets' like Murdoch and attempting to turn the case into 'an inquiry'.

He absolutely wanted this to go all the way. And beyond.
