Someone needs to mention to them that less is more. Not every topic that is trending on social media needs a comment from their office. Each time they comment on the latest topic they diminish their impact.

If they were really committed to protecting all communities, with their "five years" experience why didn't it occurr to either of them to all the Sussex Squad to stop the lies about Catherine and William they were spreading last year? Meghan was speaking about the online bullying she was subjected to at a conference and didn't once mention Catherine, even though the press and social media were full of 'Where's Kate?' at the time.

I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because I think a lot of what they do is clueless rather than malicious. But in the area of online truth and integrity, it is hard to avoid the impression that the only people whose reputation, mental health and truth they care about is their own.
