'High quality counsel' that's a bit of a stretch! she should have left when she originally quit, they clearly paid her to stay on at that time.

It's really lousy timing for this announcement, immediately after the employee bullying disclosures, and the spin they are trying to put on it is amusing. Likely the retention package expired at a very inconvenient time and she was not staying a minute longer as their employee.

Gosh, that video of her holding out her hand to hold hands with her friend is so cringe.

Looks like she is the plus one of her friend, whose charity supports the Childrens Hospital, going by the photos of the attendees, there are not any famous or influential people on the guest list.

Yeh, imagine being there to support your friends kids charity …and bringing along at least two of your own PR people and walking the red carpet first, ahead of her friend that has invited you!

That dress is terrible. She looks crazed - what's with the mad eyes and fixed grin?

On Getty images, Kelly doesn’t have one shot on her own. You can tell she wanted an individual shot. Seen as it was representing her kids charity,and Meghan would have been on thir table .

She has her Individual red carpet, has to be reminded Kelly is there, refuses to get out of shot, Kelly is told to piss off, meghan then goes back onto carpet with the CEO of the charity.

Just thad a look at the photos. That dress just looks awful. Totally inappropriate for the event too. What is wrong with her? If she could wear a klaxon she would.

I would think Kelly will put up with Meghan's behaviour for the sake of all this extra publicity for her charity. And I suspect the red dress is to try to get Harry's attention. Maybe he complimented her on it the first time she wore it or something?

The dress looks a little better without the train, before it looked like two dresses cobbled together. The top still needs adjusting but the bottom half is nice.

Of all the very bad outfits she has worn, of which there are many, that one has to be up there in the top 10 of the worst.. They should have reused the fabric from the train to restyle the top of the dress, because that colour red is beautiful and the colour does suit her.

Yes, there was a clip where Harry was saying there were 3 people under the dress or something.

I agree with a restyled top it would be lovely.

The Hollywood Reporter has an article before the gala happened, it was apparently to honour Chuck Lorre with an award. Lots of people mentioned in the article as attending but not Meghan.

Getty images have the photos, everyone was in evening gowns and there were one of two that were just as revealing as Meghans' dress, none of them had the torpedos' in the boob area though, the pointy bust is even more pronounced in the video of her walking out to the photo wall.

This is an unfortunate photo. I’m sure she didn’t choose to stand and pose like this, it must be a mid walk shot but why would Getty release it as a stock photo, this should be on the cutting room floor for sure.

The daily mail footage then shows Meghan going off the r3d carpet, hugging some guy then dragging him back with her for a photo.

I moved countries a lot as an expat for 10 years. It is exactly this process each time. Wow the country is amazing, then homesick for the last place I lived in. Then acceptance and enjoying living there. And then because I was used to moving around, itchy feet to move again. Much as I lived a privileged lifestyle, looking back it was hard and took me an awfully long time to re-embed myself in the uk.

I wonder if the secret appointment is in the U.K. with his father ? He might have been warned to keep it quiet and is being tested .

Indeed, but wasn't Diana planning to move to either the US (New York I think) or South Africa to restart her life after her divorce? Her brother Charles was living there at the time, I think, with his first wife and DC.

Regardless of the reason , it’s a long time to choose to be away from your DC .

I've just done a quick Google and it looks like Charles Spencer lived in South Africa either from 1995-1997 or for five years, but it looks like he's been permanently resident back in the UK since then. Apparently he used to live in a property in Cape Town that's now worth £7.5m. I think his ex-wife still lives there and maybe one or more of his DC, who are of course Harry's first cousins.

As he didn’t attend the weddings of 2 of his daughters , i don’t think he has a close relationship with his first family .

I saw the video, meghan walks through as directed then as she mo es on the lady asks her to go bs k for a picture with her friend so doesn't look pissed off. As they move on site photographers are saying csn you grt all thr smiles in one pic so she moves back.

Usually at these thing there someone getting everyone to move along so she is know doing what is what normally happens which is pause for some pics move pause again move off and if photographers are syaing cna w egrt x sometimes they do it.

Don't know where you see a pissed off person I don't see her looking pissed off
