There are a lot, lot more aspects to parenting other than preventing your children's pictures from appearing publicly, so I wouldn't be judging their parenting skills on that alone!!

You don’t know much about litigation, do you? It’s a battle of attrition where her lawyers would have been making things as hard and expensive as possible for the claimant while also looking to destroy their reputation in the court of public opinion .

Like the time that both Omid Scobie and Meghan’s friend Janina Gavankar both went on tv in the US to claim that one of the Kensington Palace staff members who had allegedly been bullied out had actually been sacked for gross misconduct. Which, if true, would have been a shocking breach of confidential information for Meghan to pass that onto them - but the comments were made in the US, so what private citizen in the UK could do anything about that?

Yes it’s probably the first time a high profile member of the RF has been outed as a bully both in the RF and out of it, 12 staff have confirmed her bullying and I bet more will come out the woodwork now they realise they are not alone. BP were wise to keep that bullying report under wraps for now, they probably anticipated that more future bullying reports would arise and this backs up everything Jason Knauf reported. Truth will always out.
