The late Queen spoke good French (she has made speeches in France and Quebec in French)

Queen Camilla speaks good Spanish and adequate French.
King Charles has good French and German and adequate Welsh

So lots of other royals can operate adequately (or better) in a second (or third, or fourth) language

I wouldn't say she's fluent in Spanish, and she still has a strong American accent. Knows enough to hold a basic conversation, but that's about it.

Decent beginner level. Which tracks with having learnt it during her few months spent in Argentina.
