Perhaps he thinks this is the way to get his security reconsidered? Personally I'd say the opposite.
If he still had UK security I'd expect them to do a risk assessment and say "NO".
Why should security personnel be put at risk by being required to travel to these dangerous destinations.

The newspapers here are embarrassing the UK, at this rate we will run out of foreign goodwill!! No one likes us much as it is. 😂

They aren’t working members of the royal family anymore so shouldn’t have security funded by the British Royal Family anymore. They made the decision to leave. Surely they would have considered the implications of doing so before they came to that decision.

The taxpayer funds working royals. However, Harry (and his family) would get good and effective taxpayer funded protection when in the UK. The King funds any extras for family who aren't funded where necessary.
Harry's argument is therefore with RAVEC and the Home Office, because (understandably) decisions are made my the security services, not the RF. So, it's nothing to do with the King.

The National media were threatening to kill Meghan? Goodness me I never spotted those in the papers, and what racist articles?? What actual racist articles did the papers, the BBC and other outlets run? I’m very curious because Oprah herself couldn’t find any from Britain and had to make them up from foreign press claiming they were from the UK so as you appear to know otherwise do enlighten us.

Meghansmole on twitter is just one example of an extreme supporter of Catherine who makes vile, abusive comments and deliberately baits anyone who supports the Sussex family. He has many, many followers. He is very much a Royal Family fan as well as being ahorrent and odious in what he puts out into the world.
