I’m wishing her well for tomorrow and beyond.

If she manages to do some royal events and not others so be it . Equally she’s entitled to a Summer and to have some fun and see friends at social events. She’s going to need that rather than being cooped up.

No one walks in another person’s shoes and none of us can imagine what it must be like to be the POW. No one else before has walked in her shoes as hitherto no royal female has said ‘I’ve got cancer ‘ Everything she wears and how she looks will be poured over and scrutinised. Her picture will be in every major newspaper not only in this country but globally. The pressure whilst also dealing with the big C will be unbearable.

So I hope that she also has some lovely days with her husband and kids maybe on some lovely beach somewhere . She’s going to need it.

I really, really wish H & M would make a statement distancing themselves from this man and others like him. It would be simple thing to do - why on earth don't they? I guess the monstrous SS is now too big and powerful for them to control.

Or at least, if he's a friend of theirs, then contact him privately and say 'Please cease and desist because you're not doing us any favours'. I'll be interested to see what happens, if anything.

I am not going to link anything but just had a quick look on Twitter and the stuff that Bouzy and other members of the SS are posting is horrible beyond words .
If a friend of mine was behaving like Bouzy I would have to seriously reconsider our relationship.
Why don’t H and M ( or the office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex !) issue a statement condemning the nasty attacks and wish the Princess of Wales ( not the disrespectful Kate) a speedy and peaceful recovery?

Thanks all for the good wishes 💕. I’m sure the poster didn’t mean to offend. The problem is that Tourette’s and tic disorders are often seen as something unimportant or comedic when they are anything but. It’s an attitude that the Tourette’s community is striving to change.

As for Bouzy and his ranting, I think we could all see that coming if the Princess put in an appearance this weekend. I just think it is making him look more and more ridiculous and unimportant 🤷‍♀️

Going off at a bit of a tangent here, but my bet is they'll never refer to her as the Princess of Wales.
Harry probably thinks, like the SS seem to, that there's ever only been one PoW which was Diana and that title was solely hers. Meghan may feel, if she herself hasn't a "proper" princess title other than Princess Henry (unless she chooses to use the Nigerian one she was gifted), that she doesn't want to acknowledge Kate's title - purely my own impression there, of course.

I thought Kate was the sister he never had?

Issuing a statement would be an admission that they have an ongoing relationship with Bouzy beyond the Netflix doc. Or dissing him and saying they have never communicated with him since. WRT the latter, I assume he has the “receipts” (as they love to call evidence) and nasty nature to turn on them in a heartbeat if he needs to. They have supped with the devil, but did they use a long enough spoon?

Sorry, but I can't help wondering about her hair and chemo. As anyone who has had to go through the chemo regime would wonder. I know there are some chemo drugs that do not result in hair loss. Hope hers is one of them

She wears hair extensions (and has done for years) so any thinning won't be visible anyhow.

I think you are correct . Meghan does seem to have a problem using other people’s titles ; referring to the late Queen as Harry’s grandmother and William as your brother . Technically true but a bit disrespectful especially from someone so insistent on titles for DC who live on the US .

One day (not too soon, I sincerely hope), "King William and Queen Catherine" is really going to stick in the craw.

Surely it's time to consider that perhaps her work schedule isn't just based on her working part-time while her children are young, in a job she knows she will only get more demanding and that she won't leave until death.

But that it may also be arranged to allow her to manage a chronic health condition. We still don't know what the original surgery was for (and nor should we if she wants to keep it private), but it's possible she's been in poor health for a long time.

Just in case people are forgetting - they released 2 statements detailing what was happening and the likely timescale for her recovery (as known at the time).

The only reason she did the video was because some people just couldn't help themselves spreading rumours and conspiracies.

Why would they release each initial statement with a carefully posed photo? This is the Royal Family, not the fecking Kardashians.

Edit: Plus we now realise that a certain segment of the population are the type who will cry "conspiracy" at the drop of a hat, and who won't and don't believe it's a real image.

I've come to realise that Catherine is not a wilting wallflower, but a woman of some substance and resolve. If she does something, it's because she chose to.

Just pointing out, which I sure is a complete and utter coincidence of timing, that Meghan and Harry’s friend Nacho Figueras posted overnight on instagram that he’s received a new jar of raspberry jam and some dog biscuits from American Riviera Orchard. It’s not often I reach for the word bathos, but I think it fits here. 😀
