Beautiful bride! Very understated!

Looked like a beautiful wedding.

I'm local and although we're aware of the Grosvenor family/Estate, this wedding would have been a lot more low key if it wasn't for William.

I wouldn't have recognised the Duke had I passed him in the street or knew who he was.

No need for the snark, personally I wouldn’t class expecting to see the Tindalls and Beatrice and Edo as flamboyance and show, really don’t get why my comments have irked you so much.

Where did I say they needed to be showy? Jesus, I just expressed my disappointment at other royals not being there as I was expecting.

The bride looked a dream, chunky shoes notwithstanding. Ther bridesmaid outfits were atrocious.

Love the shoes. Love the hair love the tiara. When I saw the first image of her I thought how clean and sharp her part line is and how gorgeous that precision is agains the tiara and flowing veil. Love the shoes love the bow color and chunky heel. The velvet altho not classically spring gives it heft and drama. Bridal fashion is so personal. I felt an instant twinge of disappointment when I saw Megan’s straight down the center part with the wisps hanging about. Her whole look then underdelivered to me…the boatneck the plainness of the dress her barely there makeup.

Yes, I don't like updos where some of the hair is falling down. I think it looks dated. Meghan's wedding hair was very disappointing. An uneven bun with uneven tendrils. It's been much better before and since.

Yes, for all her money and very expensive stylists, Eugenie often gets it wrong.

I’m not sure why I think this, but I imagine Eugenie looks better in the flesh. She’s not photogenic unfortunately.

Judging by the official engagement photo they released, umm fashion isn't a big deal to them which is fine.

I thought overall that the bride looked way too severe - she is delicately pretty but the make up and hair were too severe. Although I guess you need a structured 'do' to keep the tiara in place.

The photo of Eugenie at the party looked better than her day dress but I really like the colourful dress of the lady on her right.

She doesn’t. I met her in January and she wore an unflattering dress. Her public speaking skills were beyond awful, don’t they get speaking training?
I saw Beatrice twice (last time also this year) and she looks much better irl.

Does she have stylists? Why? She isnt a working Royal and her job doesn’t involve being seen out in designer labels. Also I thought she had moved to Portugal.

Eugenie should perhaps ask her sister who her stylist is. Beatrice looks really good these days.

We don't have Monsoon here in Oz but I've heard of it. I take it it's a chain retailer on the lower end of things? Some of their stuff looks nice enough 😀

@stillavid Agree, love the colour graded dress the woman on Eugenie's right wore. Very striking and looked perfect on her.

Beatrice & Eugenie would still have stylists. Even lower ranked royals like Zara Tindall surely must? And they must loan/borrow a lot of the clothes they wear to public events. Nobody could have that many dresses & hats. Especially given they're all slammed if they wear anything more than 2/year. Or else given praise for "recycling" their clothes.

Zara with all her race-going events plus appearances at family things must be leasing clothes via a stylist. She'd need a whole other house on Mummy's estate to store all the outfits she's been pictured in.
