Just looked it up. Apart from anything else, bare shoulders at an open air event in hot sun doesn't seem like a good idea.

She did take one of her kids to a match once. She was wearing a green tent and looked like she had never met the baby before and did t know how to hold it!

Very awkward looking photos. She should have just gone home instead of marching around diving everyone the stink eye.

Harking back to the Toast Video... I actually enjoyed it - although for all the wrong reasons. Like many people who take themselves too seriously H&M do have a knack of unintentionally raising a laugh.

After all, the self-importance, pretentiousness and lack of self-awareness that Meghan often displays have been key elements in many a funny TV character, e.g. Captain Mainwaring, Hyacinth Bucket and Alan Partridge. (Our Hyacinth would love that monogrammed doormat & the carefully draped Hermes blanket).

Throw in Harry as the Stan Laurel style hapless sidekick and you have a real life Comedy Duo.

So maybe Netflix should play to their strengths and produce a Sitcom based around their antics. I think a series of “I Love Meghan” or “Carry On Up The Olive Garden” would be far more entertaining than the boring stuff currently proposed.

Maybe because there are famous photos of Diana - in her official role as Princess of Wales - presenting polo cups to Prince Charles (as he was then).
Also presenting one to James Hewitt, but that's perhaps not the vibe Meghan would be going for.

I honestly have lost any respect I ever had for either of them and it has nothing to do with arguments about race. I think selling out your family and tattling about them to make money is tacky as hell. Neither of them have an ounce of class or integrity. They wanted privacy, so let them disappear into obscurity....

The polo thing is very much from the current Netfix (and Amazon) stable 😂.
They love to take a sport and go behind the scenes with those involved. It's relatively cheap content and they can spin any story they like.

However Harry isn't a professional polo player and I think it's quite telling that Nacho is described as the Beckham of polo. It would be interesting to see what access they have to the pros.

Also is anyone else 'surprised' that Harry always wins the Sentabale cup or whatever it's called?

Yes - that was the match where much of the SM chatter was about the lack of interaction between Kate and Meghan and how unfair it was of Kate not to help with the baby. Criticism I thought was unfair as Kate was already wrangling 1 small DC and 2 mobile toddlers

But it's fairly usual for RF spectators to present the trophy at the end, so I don't think Meghan should be faulted for that

Why on earth is he doing a doc on polo, isn't it just a rich man's sport that yes while popular with others in the rf it's a bit desperate to make a reality show about it isn't it?

Literally M is being the trophy wife here. Why doesn’t she take up some sport herself and show the girls they can do it too? Like the good feminist she claims to be? Emulating scenes from 30+ years ago of the fashionista wife standing around looking pretty while the privileged men play their oh so important (and inaccessible)game is just retrograde. She was the same at that Invictus event, standing around in silly clothes while Harry gave things a go, then needing a hand hold all the time because she can’t walk independently. You can criticise Catherine all you like for taking on a similar role when William plays, but by and large with sporty stuff, she gets stuck and is as competitive as per husband.

It’s clear now why that sudden announcement was made the other day about the polo and cooking shows for Netflix. No doubt there will be some eating out in Florida’s finest eating spots pap shots to come.

How is that new stuff exactly? Harry has played polo for years and we've been told Meghan always liked to cook. Not new at all.

I'm not a big fan of theirs, but I actually thought they looked happy and relaxed together, especially the kiss on the podium. His face looks relaxed.

Her shoes, though!!! 🙀 Absolutely ridiculous for an event on grass. She'll have been walking around in them on tippy toes in them in order for the spikey heels not to sink into the ground.

Is there something wrong with her that she can't physically stand or walk without clutching someone's hand?
