What next? What did the launch aim to achieve? Did it get the desired result?

It seems the domains haven’t been very tightly secured. I was looking at instagram and found a site called ‘shopamericanrivieraorchard.com’. It takes you to a pseudo site selling some stuff. The insta account for this has a load of photos and videos of lifestyle stuff that could pass as California inspiration

Well over £3000 donated to the Trussell Trust last I looked, with many good wishes for Catherine and the King.

And Highgrove organic strawberry preserve is now sold out.

Quite a few things have sold out on the Highgrove website, I bet the traffic to it has exploded!

I've just been having a look on there. I was expecting it to be a bit National Trust shop but there are some beautiful things on there. I was looking at the painted silk scarves and wondering how you could get one framed - they are too lovely to sling around your neck. Beautiful table napkins, too. Beautiful things.

Would never have looked at the Highgrove shop, but I just did and really impressed, some lovely products and a collaboration with Burberry. Very nice.

Wow they’ve raised over £4000 now!

And mine! Fabulous that it has brought in so many donations.

That is genius, they have raised almost 5k in a few hours for a great cause and all donated on behalf of Princess Catherine. Lots of negative comments about the owner of the orig Riveria Orchard.

Another one has now popped up, 'Daddy Knows Best, Canadian Riveria,' with a link to donate to the Royal Foundation.

I must admit, I do have a slight glimmer of sympathy for H&M, they could never have imagined how much they were self sabotaging themselves.

Maybe they need to start listening to their highly paid advisors?

What an absolutely brilliant idea this person has had. Finally someone doing good instead of lining their own pockets . I’m going to donate.

There are witty comments on the DM, didnt manage to read all 1.500 of them though,😲 but these cracked me up.

'She should do a range of half baked goods instead. Recipe 1 - Every idea I have.'

'It’s not hard to make jam or marmalade, even I can do it. If you buy jam in Sainsbury’s you even get nectar points.'

The Sussex Squad are on X accusing the Trussell Trust of ‘accepting fraudulent donations’ and tweeting them horrible accusations. WTF is wrong with these people. I’ve just pointed out to one of them that this is not fraudulent and he replied calling me a ‘dumb fuck’. Nice

The names of the donors on the Trussell Trust just giving Page are hilarious. 🤣🤣🤣 Megan no clue, Duchess of Leamington Spa, Harry and Meghan with the message waagh!!! 🤣🤣🤣

That’s awful just highlights how vile they and their commander in chief are.

Thinking about what I’d do if I were Harry and Meghan. Big donation to Trussell Trust and a “well played” message to the originator.

But they wouldn’t. They’ll probably sue.

I would genuinely respect it if they did something like that, it would show they had some semblance of humility/humour.

I read a few. They are losing it.

They’ve had so many chances to do things like this. I keep holding out hope.

Why would they be seething at charitable donations?
That's a good thing surely, they've done literally nothing to say that they'd be seething at a charity receiving donations

Because they have a track record of being litigious and wanting everything to be about them. It’s an educated guess

Being litigious as in towards the press?
That's not "making it all about them" if so, bloody good on them for trying to hold them to account.
