Harrys name appears in P Diddy court docs? Why?

I’m seeing this on TwitX this morning.

Prince Harry’s name appears in PDiddys court docs, in relation to his ‘sex trafficking parties’.

From how I’m reading it, it doesn’t appear to actually say Harry attended, but why would his actual name appear? He seems to be the only example mentioned by name?

I’m assuming this court doc is real, I’m very confused by this?

The conspiracy theories run deep. First comment on this article is amazing.

How utterly laughable to think the BP could influence the firm that filed this lawsuit to include Harry’s name. Even more ignorant to believe this type of attention of Harry would somehow be helpful to the Royal Family at a time like this!!! Absolute paranoia.

My opinion, It’s just a tactic by Jones’ lawyers to get more press. Bit like the ARO launch timing. I’m more interested in what happens next, PR wise for Harry, though. Clearly the Sussexes don’t have a team in place with the savy to manage this, but how can BP help under the circumstances?

Harry was skiing last week with Corey Gamble- P Diddy’s best friend and godfather to his kids. This not a random association. I’m sure there will be photos to follow.

I'm always curious about the use of "British press" as if it's an homogenous entity, and the Guardian speaketh as the Daily Mail. Plus, does Camilla have time to plot against a stepson who has very little to do with her busy life?

Yes, that is exactly what they are saying. Don’t let the deliberate muddying of the waters by other players distract you. Events from this document are from 2022/23 so very recent. Harry is already connected to P Diddy’s friendship group.

I would quietly up sticks and go back to England for now. As soon as possible, until this dust settles. This is very sordid and right now they are surrounded by vultures. Think it could be better for the entire family. (If done quietly which is difficult to imagine).

The connection with Gamble is weird. Comb’s attorney’s knew this was going to blow up. Are they seeing Harry as some kind of lifeline?

I think H&M do need to be careful. They (particularly Harry) could be easy prey for manipulative people.

The point remains not how much or little he has posted compared to others it is that he is peculiarly silent on Harry being mentioned in this Diddy Doc .

The point was that OS was a copious tweeter of bad faith arguments and by conjecture that he was spreading some of the rumours about the POW. He was and is not. He is very much on Twitter but does not engage in guilt by association or naming which happens in all sides of the Windsor Wars. Hardly surprising he hasn’t tweeted about Harry being named as an example to the type of person that would attend parties. There are similar things floating out there about the other royals he hasn’t also tweeted about.

Plenty of past tweets about Harry’s “inspirational” work with African Parks, but not a mention of Survival International’s report and concerns, no…

Again - a simple search of Scobie’s tweets about African Parks shows they are straight reporting about events and activities since 2017 - there is nothing about the “inspirational” nature of it. He retweeted African Parks’ statement about what is was doing to investigate in February in response to Survival International’s report.

Straight reporting as you call it, straight from the horse’s mouth without critique, is still biased or at least not balanced. It is still only one side of the matter to tweet about the African Parks response to a horrifying scandal, that makes them look like they are doing something (and the response was distasteful in its attempt to deflect this back to the victims for speaking ou). I assume there were no tweets from Scobie about the Survival International/DM reports themselves when they came out. Nor about the latest report about abuses in another African Parks reserve which was reported in the last couple of weeks.

Believe me 30+ million in the bank means nothing to them to cover the cost of their extravagant lifestyle.

Digging around a bit. Harry has just been on a ski holiday with Kris Jenner's boyfriend, Cory Gamble. Cory Gamble grew up with P Diddy and is the honorary uncle to PD's children. The Kardashians (whom the Sussexes appear to be getting close to) have been closely associated with PD for years.

Guilt by association is always unedifying. It’s not fair or right when it comes to people like Saville or Epstein - in the absence of actual evidence linking, in these examples, Charles or Elizabeth to the crimes committed by these people nor should it be used in a similar fashion when it comes to Harry.

Anyway, Scobie and Byline Times are derails of the original thread. I will reiterate what I have said. This matter has hit the news of the back of FBI raids on PDiddy’s homes on Monday and new filings in the civil court case filed also on Monday. I very much doubt that the RF controls the actions of the FBI. I imagine the RF are nothing but mortified that Harry’s name has been linked to the lawsuit. The best possible outcome for the RF is Harry living a happy and scandal free life in the US, and that neither he nor anyone else drag the RF’s name into his activities and into negative news stories. I highly doubt his name is in this lawsuit for anything material, and more likely a case of guilt by association and grandstanding lawyers trying to turn their case into an Epstein-esque scandal. I also imagine the whole case won’t stand up to scrutiny and probably won’t go anywhere, which seems to be the way with many of these types of lawsuits and threatened lawsuits.

The original civil lawsuit against Pdiddy was filed in February. There's a simultaneous federal investigation being undertaken against PD for sex trafficking and other federal crimes. PD's homes in California and Florida were raided by the FBI on Monday 25th March. The plaintiff bringing the civil lawsuit filed amended documents hours after those raids, containing new information that is now being reported upon. That's why this story is all over the news on 26 March. It's being reported globally by major news networks. It's got nothing to do with Harry's litigation against the British tabloids nor has it been pulled out off the shelf as a "distraction". It is new, current, major news.

Someone up thread I think asked why Harry and PDiddy would be connected. There’s one significant connection I set out. It’s simply factual, not accusatory; and it’s not as if posters don’t do that all the time wrt the RF as you well know. I can’t count the number of Charles/Saville posts I have read on here from certain quarters. Not to mention a lot of nonsense of the last couple of months. And not to mention how Camilla is apparently to blame for all the crap that comes out of the mouths of men she’s associated with.

I do think Camilla has far bigger fish to fry. Probably always has had.

Harry and Andrew have the silly gene in common. They like a party and are too trusting. There is huge incentive for the abusers to keep the illegal activities under wraps. They promote a little naughty adult fun, risque and a tad unsavoury.

Perpetrators are canny, sly, secretive and charismatic and Harry is easy game without his protection quad..

I think she’s probably very angry with him for the hurt and distress he’s caused the whole family. Charles is an old man now and in poor health, he doesn’t know his grandchildren on that side at all. It’s very sad. One day when Harry’s children are adults he might realise what it’s been like for Charles but by then it’ll be far too late. He doesn’t seem to see beyond tomorrow in any situation.
