All this talk makes me feel like those who think it's Kate and those who don't think it's her are in the movie "Cuckoo's Nest." Going round in circles and never reaching a consensus because obviously everyone is so steeped in their own "reality" they have forgotten this is NOTHING to do with their lives whatsoever.

In one talk show interview, Michael Douglas says that some of the extras were actually patients in the hospital where the film was set.

At lunch, Jack Nicholson was agitated and left the room where he was having lunch. When asked what was bothering him, he said some of the extras seemed to carry on acting and he couldn't work out why?

They're just labelling anyone who questions the photo conspiracy theorists.

The interview with the "so-called" photographer is designed to let the media off the hook

If it's proved false, they'll say this random untraceable guy from another country scammed them.

But it's them who is strongly pushing for it to be true.

Yes! I mean, it's so grainy that all the posters one one thread saying "she looks amazing, she is make up free, she should always look like this" are very funny. I'd love it if all photos of me were soft focus 😂

Would it really make any difference if it was a standby Kate? One Kate is as good as another if all they have to do is wear clothes and smile.

Haven't KP now said it's her "in a private moment". Which is in itself a bit odd as you don't usually see unauthorised shots of royals in private moments these days.

And this was the exact same attitude on mother's day when I and a few others started to say that the image was clearly photoshopped.

We were crazy, how scary to think people like me are allowed to vote etc etc. There was nothing wrong with the photo whatsoever, everybody has disappearing clothes.

And look how that turned out...

This is my theory:

I believe she did have abdominal surgery. I believe she's been recovered at home but I think something also impacted her mental health and she needed time away.

I started reading these threads laughing at how mental everyone was being. However. The more I see, the more I think they have a point. Something is going on, and that either was not Kate, or she has been changed dramatically by whatever has been going on.

Sad, sad people. Obsessing over a complete stranger who has nothing to do with your life. FFS.

Er.... I'm not denying it is Kate. I'm merely saying she looks much younger than she did and that a facelift isn't realistically compatible with serious abdominal surgery. So if when we see her out and about and she looks much younger, can we conclude KP was lying about the serious abdominal surgery (anything requiring three months recuperation is by definition serious).

So, I am not a fan of the Royal Family, I am not particularly interested in them. But, bizarrely all this hoo ha about Kate is intriguing and I can't help checking the threads about her to try to get an inkling about what is going on. It is all a bit weird. My own feeling is that she has had abdominal surgery, there is no question about that, possibly an intestinal obstruction, and that she is taking extended sick leave from a very well paid job where she does very little anyway. I think that maybe she has had some cosmetic surgery at the same time, probably a face lift, as she is out of the public eye so she is making the most of the opportunity and when we do eventually see her again the world will be proclaiming how amazing she looks. I also have always felt that she does have an eating disorder, she is beyond thin, to the extreme, you can only get as thin as she is (before the surgery) by eating very little and/or doing enormous amounts of exercise. It is unlikely we will ever know the actual truth, and we will all invent our own truth, but I am pretty sure my truth is the actual truth.

She has been ill, it's not surprising she doesn't look identical to pics when I'm the bloom of health!

Ok well I typed younger. I would say younger but yes the image isn't HD. Perhaps I should have said a different shaped face. That would also be the result of cosmetic surgery. My premise remains the same.

@Helensburghmiddleagedmum I agree that a face lift could be combined with a very minor abdominal procedure but KP has represented that the three months recovery time is on account of the abdominal surgery, which on the basis of that extended time is serious. Imo that would amount to misrepresentation and they should be called out on it in due course, if that seems to be the situation. It will be apparent when Kate reappears in public.
