FoTL believe that everyone is a real person and a legal ‘straw man’ at the same time. The straw man is a legal fiction created by a name on a birth certificate. So FoTL say that if you go by Mary:Smith (sometimes ‘Mary of the family Smith’) rather than Mary Smith, you can escape the legal fictional person.

And, excitingly, you’re then not subject to any contract made with you by the state through legislation (all legislation is contract, apparently). So you don’t have to get any sort of licence to drive, watch TV, pay fines of any sort, taxes etc.

I don’t doubt that it’s her but I cannot understand why it is suddenly so difficult to take a clear picture.

It’s not Kate, the photo has already been shown to be a fake. They were never at the farm shop. God only knows why Kensington Palace are still allowing this ridiculous circus to run and run, and therefore allowing the total disintegration and destruction of Kate’s credibility and integrity as future Queen.
