They explained she had major abdominal surgery, they said she would have 3 months sick leave, and would return after easter, they asked for privacy for the family. Don't know how you can find something dishonest in that.

I don't think they should have released an edited picture but what's the evidence it's covering up something more "sinister" than just the fact that she's very unwell and recovering from surgery and doesn't want to be photographed?
