Honestly, this Where is Kate drama has been crazy. The conspiracy theories are wild: coma, abuse, divorce, death,... Some people really need to touch grass.
Maybe it's just me but I feel like it got more traction outside of the UK. People who are not royal watchers don't realise that Kate and William often take long breaks every few months, hence why they're called lazy. In 2021 or 2022, Kate was a no-show for more than 60 days.
My theory is that either:
- Kate had surgery, recovered, is totally fine but is using the illness as an excuse to not work because there's no way my sister, who I'm really close with, would be living it up on holiday while I'm having a medical crisis. That's probably why we haven't seen pictures of her family visiting her as well, she is fine
Or 2) She had surgery, is totally fine but has been dealing with a lot of stress these past few years and is suffering from a bit of mental exhaustion and is resting
Anyway, I wish her the best and hope she is okay
