I’m not one for loving/ hating outfits normally.
but loved what she was wearing , think it really suits her

Lovely, she always dresses so well

Colour fine, shape fine. Bit windy coming off the plane - glimpse of a royal thigh as she came down the steps. Hair and hem not quite as tethered down as HLMQE's. Don't get me wrong. I liked what she was wearing and I wonder what she'll wear this evening.

I thought you were referring to her State dinner cape dress. That dress is hands down my favorite look ever.

I do like the pink outfit too.

Wow that cape is nice

The fit and flare really suits her, and she looks so glamorous in the evening wear. Much more so than usual so a bit of slap looks great on her! Charles looks very proud of her, as in the missus scrubs up well lol.

The navy evening gown is gorgeous and very elegant. Stunning.

@onlylarkin Thank you for the link. That's my first sight of the navy dress and cape. So Mme. Macron is in the same colour this evening, and earlier in the day the lady who met them from the plane, and James Cleverley's wife, were also in pink.

I really liked the pink outfit. Wasn't keen on the navy blue number. It was too over the top. Didn't like it at all.

Aye, if there ever was an occasion for ‘over the top’, this would be it.

yes the cut of the pink outfit is lovely and certainly suits her but it's a pale pink and we are well past september 1st so it's not an appropriate color choice at this time of year.

I must admit I’m surprised by all of these positive comments.

I thought the baby pink suit looked frumpy (and I rarely use that term) and was inappropriate for the time of year and sorry but I think that particular shade of pink is more suitable for someone younger. Plus it didn’t behave well when she was descending the stairs. And clothes for royals must function well.

And although the navy blue cape gown is stunning, I felt the neckline on Camilla wasn’t good and the style of it was too voluminous for her; I thought Brigitte looked a lot more put together. Also, Camilla (sorry again!) needs a good hair cut! And her eyebrows look wrong.

For years she's been wearing pale colours and dresses and coats with this cut. The 'pink' style wasn't a departure from the style of all the creams and light greys she's been wearing for a long time. It being autumn now, do you think she should have worn a rust colour?
