I don’t think it’s age related at all. The colours that suit you are more related to your colouring and complexion than your age. And the last time that QE2 went to Paris, she wore a similar colour to Camilla. See here

I like seeing unusual colours on all ages. I remember visiting Milan and seeing really great choices. Salmon pink on an older man stood out

Bit of a digression, but we gave FiL a salmon pink knitted polo shirt one Christmas. Looked fab with his silver fox hair. He wouldn’t wear it because it wasn’t blue or beige 😆

I think the idea you have to dress for your age is nonsense, if anything you can be more adventurous as you get older! Good on Camilla, a nice colour is a nice colour.

Nothing wrong with baby pink on a Queen (or indeed a woman of 76!), but I think she looks better in the navy dress.

I actually have no idea what you mean! You asked me lots of questions, I answered, I'm totally chilled with you and the thread, and I quite enjoyed thinking back to the days I managed a busy retail outlet dressing Mothers of the Bride. It was a great job.
