Ive seen some great footage of Harry so far, its clear they all appreciate what he's trying to do for, and with them :) Did I hear him right that Meghan has Nigerian ancestry? If I remember correctly this is their first year, and they are the first African country to join Invictus :)

UPDATE:

The Invictus games is not about being the quickest, strongest and highest.

Valentin Popa of Team Romania took over 25 minutes to complete the Mens IT5 1500m and was given a heroes reception on his final lap. He embodies the Invictus Spirit.

Wheelchair rugby going well. Come on teamuk! I made my feelings very clear in the last thread. As someone who was there with my partner competing last year (and he is in the doc with Tom a lot). Harry is very much loved by the veterans and families for what he does in public and behind closed doors.

Really enjoyed being able to watch, I caught up on the opening ceremony too and likely missed a bit today because I had to watch my Boks win at the mens rugby! I did have a bit of trouble trying to watch for a while today... not sure if it was at our end or a problem with bbc.
