No great surprise there... Would love to hear his story about Zooming Prince Harry, I can only imagine his frustration with the whining ninny!

I remember being very struck by two photos of Meghan when her guard was down. One was in a car driving away from an event . Her face was like absolute thunder. Another at a wedding of one of Harry’s friends where she is displeased that his attention is not on her but chatting to his friends. She looks murderous. I think she cultivates an image but behind closed doors is very likely difficult to live with. As is Harry clearly.
Also read an account by a friend of Harry’s about a dinner that they were invited to. She wanted to know which designers the women would be wearing in advance. When he was non plussed and couldn’t answer she became demanding and imperious. Kept insisting that he find out. So rude.

We all get cross from time to time, don't we, though? I love that video of her furious face when her mum interrupted her but she couldn't say anything because she was in public, and, well,.....it was her mum! I've felt exactly the same when I'm interrupted in full flow. Haha.
It just makes her human to me.

The photo my mam laughs at most had the same feel to it. I caught her trying to take a photo of me while I was fine and relaxed. I hate my face and photos being taken of it. The look I shot at her caught caught for prosperity.

We none of us have any idea what their relationship is like. However, what this is about is the Spotify contract and it's part of a tricky situation for them. How do they make enough money? Can they move away from philanthropy to business? I'm surprised at the turn things have taken for them, but who knows what their plan was really..the nature of the Dior contract remains to be seen. All we know is that Meghan has a new PR team.

It's going to be tough - their brand has taken a bit of a knock. They're going to have to drop all the negative stuff and present a bit more positively.

Imagine - how it could have been. They're really going to have to think about the future now, and Harry needs to change tack. However, I think he'll take more time to change and adapt than Meghan - she's more used to it. He's used to being facilitated.

I don't think she's stunning either, but she's certainly attractive enough to be a 'brand ambassador'. You don't have to be Naomi Campbell for that.

It's not her looks that are the problem. It's the fact that she has no obvious role which would see her posing on red carpets, no social media, no target market. The only really interesting thing about her was her royal connection, and she no longer has that. She's also divisive and has earned a reputation for being difficult to work with and not listening to advice. And would Dior want to be associated with the kind of drama we saw with the 'car chase' in NY? How does an association with Meghan benefit Dior?

I think it was obvious in January that the writing was on the wall for their time at Spotify. First there was a lay-off of staff. Then Dawn Orloff, who signed them, was sacked. And according to Simmons there was an unfortunate zoom meeting between him and Harry. And Simmons doesn't seem the type to mince his words so when he emerged from that, cursing Harry and his uselessness, I guess they knew they were on the skids.

I think it was about that time that she started to look for new mgt. So I'm sure WME was prepared for all this happening. They've already made a start by saying there'll be no more talking about the RF, so I'm interested in hearing the direction Meghan and they have planned moving forward. It'll give us an idea of how she sees her position in the future. Philanthropist or influencer. Or more likely a hybrid.

I think they're a bit lost. Genuinely.
It's all got a bit turbulent of late.
Plus - they're contracted for new books so I have no idea what they'll write about. I suspect "wellness".

On the subject of photos , my biggest regret now is that when I was young I had a complex about being photographed, now there are hardly any pictures of me and its terribly sad! , I thought I wasn't attractive but my daughter found a video on YouTube from my old schools last day ( very rare was the 90s!) , I didn't remember it being done but there I was !!!! , I looked like a model , I was amazed and able to show her mum wasn't always an old bag! 🤣

I was bullied relentlessly at that school by the girls, some were even in the video too! , I watched it and it became entirely clear what the motivation was! .
