Unusual Clothing Fail - Camilla

I think Camilla is usually the best-dressed member of the Royal family, so I was surprised to see her wearing this today. Someone should have told her this was not a good idea.

Whatever - as they say the RF is only about gossip frocks and rocks now.

Anyway the top half of this outfit is exactly the same as every other "dress" I have seen her wear. The bottom half is not "her" at all. But I don't really care.

Looks like those in the background are going WTF?? and I don't blame them.

I like it. It needed to be a tad shorter and narrower but good for the Queen for trying something a bit different.

I think it looks nice. Was she supposed to match the colours of the other woman?

But I can't stop laughing at the woman with the carrier bag. Who is she, why is she there?!

I don’t know Camilla and I don’t suppose she’ll read this and if she did I’m not sure you think it would benefit me to suck up to her, being as it’s words on a screen. I quite like the outfit. Not because I’m being sycophantic but because I quite like it.

I don't see how anyone could call her fat anyway. She's 75, not 20. Her figure's really good.

I actually like it though think the wide legs are slightly too wide but that would be in anyone. She looks very happy and confident in it.

No idea but if you watch the full video on the DM site,she also gets a kiss from Camilla,so clearly someone who is meant to be there and not a random person.

Haven't read whole thread yet. This was something to do with the reading thing at Hampton Court, I guess. I was longing for Meghan and Kate to wear lots of wide trousers a few years, to make them fashionable until the year I die. Cheers, Camilla. You've done it instead. Next time, make it a top and wide trousers, not an all-in-one, but keep on doing it. Comfort for women with big legs - lets have some. No, Camilla's legs are fine in skirts but she can do loads of us others a favour with some more of this.😄

The top half is very well cut to suit her figure. I think the photo might be a slightly odd angle making the legs look a little strange

Pretty sure it's the same design as this navy blue one with looks very elegant. Clever how it looks like a dress with a centre pleat.

Wasn't it all to do with reading - that thing which parents say they want their children to do and then don't help them to. Perhaps the carrier bag person had been reading something out loud. Had they all?

No idea whether it was a shopping bag, or something to do with the function.

You're more likely to see her at the same event as Royals when its icw breast cancer (she's patron of at least one charity, and her story attracted lots of attention at the time) or Action Aid UK

(I don't like jumpsuits, don't think QC looks good in it, but I don't think she looks that bad either - it's the sort of colour she goes for often and the line down her torso is one she adopts on many dresses and coats)
