Megan pregnant with third?

Recent photos, she's walking with friends and she's so slim but definitely looks just like my sister did when she was about 6/7months pregnant - she's wearing black but I'm sure I can see a bump that isn't her usual figure!

Might just be the angle but it would explain why she didn't attend the Coronation and why Harry flew back so quickly. I appreciate he had Archie's birthday too but it would be another reason.

It wasn't nice to suggest that the Coronation commentary would be focused negatively on Meghan. I did not say that the poster was unpleasant. I thought those exchanges were. My opinion.

I watched it. I wanted to see how it would be presented. I did feel the mics were a bit out of tune because the singing was a bit dire. The best bits were the Royal Ballet and Royal Coll of Music etc, that was just beautiful.

I wish now M&H could be relegated to the DM sidebar. Doing a “hike” (I lived in the US for many years and was never irritated by two nations divided by a common language except for “hike” - grrrr - it means you walk half a mile in expensive kit) wearing Diana’s watch is obviously a PR thing along with the home-made lemon cake.

I suppose she’s upping her personal image to do a Tig reboot and good luck to her.

It seems to me the RF section is more about a huge smear of the royal family themselves. Racist, misoginistic, child abusers, supporters of paedophiles, enslavers, colonialists and so on. Having a go at Kate, her children, charles.camilla and so on. The list is endless. Its all about republicanism. Fine if you want that debate it sensibly. Vote in parliament. Lobby your MP.

She looked a bit grungy to me, to be honest. Nothing wrong with that of course. I look grungy a lot of the time!

She has to control her image. As this thread shows, there appears to be an insatiable demand to discuss her / read about her, whether it’s negative or positive. If she doesn’t control her image, then unfavourable photos and stories will enter the media- which may be no closer to the truth.

Don’t the royal family tightly control their image? They give controlled photo opportunities to the press so they stop invading their privacy at other points?

What I think is far more interesting to consider is - why do some people enjoy criticising her so much, and what does that say about our society that they need a scapegoat like her?

When you see the tag Backgrid it is understood that nobody else wanted to photograph this person so they have resorted to paying to be photographed and talked about.
They would know that they fall into this category, based on the number of times they have gone out and looked around for those cameras but nobody has given a shit. It is better to pay to stay in the papers then to not appear in the papers at all, if you are trying to stay relevant.

These clients use Backgrid regularly.

They will sell content for normally a 40% commission. There is ordinarily a 60/40 split with photographers.

Photographers own the copyright of the images. And anyone with a cellphone can take a photo and sell it on.

Do you honestly think Meghan would pay someone to take photos of her while a look at Mumsnet alone shows the huge amount of interest she garners?

I imagine if Meghan were to pay any paparazzi to take photos of her, they'd definitely go on record and out her. There, unfortunately, appears to be a vitriolic need to shame her from all quarters.
