So what is this all about then?
Who did it and why?
And whoever's PR team is responsible needs tearing off a strip, it's going to backfire.
I know there was a thread about this earlier today but it was deleted due to questions over how genuine the OP was. As this story is everywhere at the moment I thought I would have a try myself and see how we go. Just a couple of preemptive points:

1. My MN credentials are rock solid so don't anyone even go there😁
2. Lets also keep some perspective, at the end of the day we are talking about a bunch of privileged and entitled millionaires who likely wouldn't even pee on us if we were on fire and that goes for both 'sides'.

I work in a related field and it is always between New Year and Spring that surgery and related procedures are booked solid, the little spring chickens appearing with new faces just after Easter.

It isn’t really anything to do with anyone what someone does with their body. For a few reasons, I am not blessed facially - I have no room to talk.

But. I’m hoping it was just a strange light or angle or something similar.

Before she was a unique and gorgeous woman - the photo I’ve seen just just makes her look many others.

I know it is one of my business. But I feel so sad when other people feel the need to go ‘generically beautiful’. I really hope that it was just an off photo.

I always notice surgery… because I need it just about everywhere, but also because nine times out of ten it doesn’t look very good. Especially on men! The taut faces, big gleaming teeth topped off with chrysanthemum hair… just no!

But so many women go too far. Meghan had a pretty face; now it looks too cheek-boney.

The most common request made of surgeons is to have procedures to look like Megan Fox. It is made by women of most age groups, colorings and ethnicities. It can be frustrating because she was once perfect looking but has somewhat overdone the surgery. Since even Megan Fox does not remember what Megan Fox originally looked like, how is a surgeon meant to oblige ...

@LadyMuckingabout I agree, she's been lying low so that the new face isn't new overnight. I think she has had cheek fillers, upper lip fillers maybe tear trough fillers? The new hair do will detract from the facial changes as its so drastically different. I think she looks nice, and still pretty natural. I also think Kate is getting to the stage of needing a subtle eyelid lift, but she is still beautiful. Absolutely nothing wrong with subtle facial sculpting, unless you end up looking like Madonna.

I suppose it answers the question as to why she's been lying low for months.

No one I knew heard of Meghan before she got with Harry. Not saying she didn't achieve some success as an actress but she was less famous than even the ex Disney teen stars like Vanessa Hudgens or the Pretty Little Liars cast.

I'm not a fan of her anymore buuuuut I watched suits and knew who she was. My friends and I all questioned how Harry could end up with the woman we all had a girl crush on. I know Vanessa Hudgens but couldn't name a single actress in Pretty Little Liars. Horses for courses but I was living in France when I started watching suits and my family in Ireland watched it too.

Pointless trivia alert - one of the pretty little liars actresses, Troian Bellisario, was at Harry and Meghan's wedding, because she's married to the actor who plays Meghan's husband in suits.

Patrick J Adams has defended Meghan vociferously and has said really good things about her. They worked together for 10 years.

But you've at least heard of pretty little liars? I didn't even know that suits existed until Meghan markle was introduced to the world as harry’s girlfriend.

I like how shiny her hair looks but I think it's too long and flat. It would look better with a bit of volume to it and yes she doesn't look like herself here.

You will be delighted to hear then that last night Harry and Meghan went to a Lakers game and that Meghan's hair looked as it always does, with bounce and volume.

And she looks as she always looks, and she and Harry look as besotted as ever. They seemed to be having a good time with each other.

Cue shock and horror and disgust that they've been seen in public! How very dare they

All of you claiming it was leaked by the Sussex couple have very clearly shown you’re bias, now that a reporter has admitted that it wasn’t, what are your thoughts?

In the next few pages I am expecting to see posters writing that being seen together in public is clearly staged, and is a sign of their desperation, and, at the same time, not being seen in public together is a sign that they are no longer relevant.

It will also be stated with emphatic authority that being seen in public being loving with each other is a sign that they are faking it, and, at the same time, it will be stated that not being seen in public being loving to each other is a sign that they are about to divorce.

I have just seen the pictures they look happy together. What I will say though is they look no different to Katherine and William and yet some people seem convinced that they are putting on a front and that their relationship is not what it seems so🤷‍♀️.

They are very different couples in how they present themselves.

K and W are not as openly demonstrative as H and M, and that's fine. Some couples are touchy feely, others are not. Doesn't mean there is no love there.

I have no reason to believe that K and W are not happy with each other. Just as I have no reason to believe the endless speculation here that H and M will divorce imminently.

Exactly. K&W when out and about can't show PDA, hold hands or whatever. They are constrained because of royal protocol. So people will make up that they aren't close. Or happy.
As they do continually with H&M, ye gods there's even been speculation of who will have the children when they divorce.

I think both couples are happy... with the usual ups and downs that any couple have.

Here they are, having a blast at the Lakers game! Those worried that she is "unrecognisable" after the "plastic surgery' will be reassured to learn that the other spectators recognised her fine, and gave her and Harry a big cheer.

And just like that, they are now are the lead story on the homepage of the DM. I am sure by lunch time, the Express will have 22 articles about this.
