That's lovely.

I once allowed DD age three to put on my make up and went downstairs looking like a badly made up pantomime dame.
DH said "you look lovely, are you going out?" !!!!!
So whilst it's very nice for husbands/partners to be complimentary I confess I don't attach much importance to my own husband's compliments. He clearly has either defective taste or defective eyesight!

That’s your value judgement. Plenty of people have different views - they enjoy exercise for its own sake, or they enjoy it for the stress release it provides, or the chance to get some time to focus solely on themselves. Maybe Kate falls into one of those categories- I don’t know her, so I don’t know. Maybe she finds it helps when, after turning 40 and having three children she still recognises herself when she looks in the mirror as the younger woman she once was. Maybe keeping herself fit and fitting into everything she has in her wardrobe makes herself feel in control of something when she can’t control the vitriol and spiteful gossip that people love to write and read about her husband, her family, herself and her children.

All or any of these could be factors. You think them tedious. Plenty would not. We are all different.

Princess Di wasn't conventionally beautiful, but she had 'it'.

She has the world's best dermatologists doing her facial routine, and only the best products in the world go onto her skin. She has stylists who pick the best colours for her and the types of clothes for her body shape.

She would actively have to work hard to look bad.

Pluck out anyone from Asda, and after a year of that, they too would look stunning, even if not considered 'a natural beauty '.

I'm not being mean but Fergie had all that to hand and she never blew anyone's socks off with her looks. How anyone can deny that Kate is an attractive woman I don't know. If you walk around your local town I very much doubt you'd see many women as attractive as Kate.

It's clearly subjective but I don't think she did start from amazing facial features. When I look at the photos posted earlier of her at graduation, I think she looked like a fairly standard 22 year old.

She has always had a great figure.
